Dear Concern,
My brother Mr Rohit Purohit is admitted in Apollo Ahmedabad since 26th October then the day before yesterday while he was having lunch, he found "DEAD INSECT" in DAL. He has reported this to authorities and asked apology letter in written on hopital letter pad but no one turned up.
Then after I have lodged a complain via helpline number where I have been told that I shall be contacted by Apollo Ahmedabad staff but no one has contacted me yet.
I just want to mention here that Apoll itself is a BRAND and one can not expect this kind of carelessness from it.
By this mail I would like to request you (I must say 3rd request!) to give me an apology letter for this careless event.
My brother is severely infected and getting tretment for the same. So this kind of carelessness can not be accepted.
I hope to get satisfactory answer in this regard.
