[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — lost jewellery inside out: no response from the hospital | |||||
Dear sir/ma'am, This is to register a complaint on loss of my mother's jewellery from the ot (Apollo hospital, delhi) on 16th march 2018. Sequence of event: - my mother got admitted on 15th march through emergency process under the guidance of mr. Yash ghulati. - operation was planned on 16th march afternoon - she was taken to ot when i was the single attendant and occupied in blood donation - her right hand shoulder jewellery was removed when she was unconscious - the jewellery was neither returned to me (The attendant) nor to the security - her hand was supported by an external cover, so neither i realised nor herself next two days. - patient got discharged on 19th march evening - my mother realised the loss on 20th march and i immediately contacted the hospital through telephone and chat option available on the website - mr. Ashok (95*87) responded on 20th mach saying that he will look into it - on my follow-up today, mr. Ashok told me that someone has broken the jewellery while taking out on the day of the operation and after that what happened he is not sure. - i registered a complaint through email address available on their website on 21st march and by visiting the hospital on 22nd march, but no response till now.
