This is for your information that my uhid is odb[protected] has going under treatment o[censored]lcer by dr. Sushant sethi bhubneswar who given me 3 month medicine from 19.09.18 but due to problem i again undegone indoscopy and c t scane yesterday and today he changed meadicine due to some complications.
10 am i went apollo meadicine to exchange my one month meadicine to next 2 month medicine they refused and told they will not return 1 month meadicine.
When i went to apollo complain centre nobody was there at 11 am one lady came there and told she has so many other work and finally meadicine and complain not attended.
I have sevior pain in abdoman and i purchased meadicine from outside.
I am requesting please respond me this is the reputation of apollo or you are totally professional, you have no emotion for people, only money is your motto.
This thing is very bad for any concern i will put it to consumer forrum also in news media.
I also complain it to pmo healthministry to cancel such hospital licence and will take strong against apollo.
