This is regarding the admission which we had taken today at your hospital name Apollo women's hospital creadle.greams road Chennai.
We had confirmed to your admission department mr.premnath on 13th July 2022 and he has confirmed me that to come by 6pm on 14th July to get admitted.
I and my wife who is 9th month pregnant came to hospital at 6pm.
We had been adviced by Mr premnath to go to receiption and do the formalities.
We started doing the formalities and when we confirmed that we want a deluxe room (which was already been informed to mr.premnath 2 days back).
To our surprise I was been informed that they don't have room and asked us to wait for 15 min in lobby as they are cleaning room.but even after repeated request the room was not provided and after again and again request they said us that we will provide you a room in 2nd floor for time being at 7.30pm.we request your receiption lady to please support us with dinner as my wife was pregnant and she confirmed me that they will provide the food.but still even after repeated reminder my dinner took more than 40 min .
Around 8.30pm i again went to the receiption to know the status of my room. When I asked him about the status of the room he said further 30min need to be wait ...this time your people's are testing my patience. I asked them this what been said to me from past 6pm, and i[censored] don't have room ready then you should have informed me not come by 6pm as my wife is not keeping in good health.
I am very sorry to say but the behaviour of your receiption was very un professional and very rude in his replies.

IF YOU WANT YOU GO AND COMPLAIN TO ANY ONE.
I was shocked to see such an unethical person at such a reputed hospital.
I want explanation on this issue and also how your team be so irresponsible in behaving like this with the patient.
