Apollo Hospital — Mismatch of medicine

We took KZ lotion at Apollo pharmacy near golden temple road. We asked for fungal infection cream but got anti dandruff lotion.
Later we checked and consulted the store. The lady in the store was rude and shouted like need to check before taking.
Later we requested to check the availability in nearby stores and get it as they are not willing to refund
After 2 days we went again and asked for the product they said no availability but am seeing in the Apollo site that drug was available.
How such an irresponsible.pls get it sorted.
