Apollo Hospital — Mosquitoes inside emergency ward

I am the guardian of patient with Patient identifier CSPIP52338.i observed my kid unable to sleep during admitted in emergency ward due to huge mosquitos.when I asked the syster told I am a worker not the owner .so I am contacting owner.Also, still now I have not received a ward where I can see others are getting and where I am in emergency ward for more than 24 hrs
Please help if you really concern about patients who are giving huge money for quality service .
