Apollo Hospital — No online appointment despite payment taken

Today (jan 13, 2022) I paid Rs 249/- for an online doctor consult for Covid using Apollo 247 app. I paid through Gpay. When I came back to the app there was no consultation lined up. I would like an immediate refund. I am dismayed by the poor design of the app and inability to register a complaint. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
