I have visited Chennai Apollo on 7/6/19 for treatment of my mother, age 65, only to suffer at the hands of reception clerks. My schedule appointment was at 10.15 am and we reached there at 9.

The ground floor reception executive told us to go We went to Main Building and one representative told us to go to Personalised health check up building. Then we went there and one gentleman in the ground floor sitting in the reception desk told us to go to 2nd floor. Then we went to 2nd floor by steps as use of lift was barred for us. But the lady sitting in the counter no.2C misguided us completely and told us to wait till the arrival of doctors secretary without advising properly. Then came the secretary who was very busy and after so much persuasion, she told us to go to 1st floor. Then 1st floor people gave us forms to fill up and asked us to go to the secretary again. Then secretary gave us time at 12.30 PM. Then we went to 1st floor counter to deposit the forms. Then again we were asked to wait till 12.15 p.m. So our original appointment time shifted to 12.30p.m. and god knows how much my ailing mother would have to suffer till such time and after that also. Please help us to meet the doctor, we have come here from Assam for better facility with high expectations. My mother, who is a heart patient with past angioplasty history, has been waiting in the 1st floor hall since 9 am
