Apollo Hospital — pharmacy division | |||
2 days back i have approached Apollo hospital pharmacy in OMR for the monthly refill. All medicines excepts Cetanil T20 is available. The pharmacist told me that they arrange it. Asked me to call on [protected] and given the name as Mr. Wilbert. When i called he asked to call today. As per his advice today again I called and he is kind of shouting at me. My UID is 10.[protected]. I seriously believe that this person is not fit for customer interaction. Any way thanks for the "Support" and "Attitude" shown to clients like us. Nuero physician can't handle and understand the patient situation and showing his anger 😡 on patient treatment even it is a credit letter refered by vizag steel plant in this case I found government hospital are better than Apollo and the nursing staff and not even caring about the patient
