Apollo Hospital — refunding the money

For some reasons i have cancelled tb test after the bill is generated. This thing happened around june. The new bill is also generated and i have requested for the refund of my money rs 4125.
I have been following up the the staff and i’m not getting any response till now...
Really frustated with your behaviour.. Need my refund request to be processed asap

I was admitted in the hospital and found white insects in the drinking water when poured into a glass from a plasco... Showed the same to authority also...
