I am mr. Bipadbhanjan mondal (Op number-op4465988) from west bengal had clear my mri on dated 09.03.2019 at 18.16 time. But didn't get my mri report. Many times i have came to your representative on their reporting time but didn't get my report. It's essential to submit to doctor. Please check and give me my report as soon as possible.
