Apollo Hospital — Regarding retrieving missed medical records

Admitted my mother on 18th October 2021 in Apollo Hospital Trichy for a stent procedure (Coronary Artery Disease). At the time of admission, we have given Apollo medical records and in addition to that we have also provided our old medical records in a separate file which includes Angiogram report( with CD), Echo and other important records (other surgery summary and related reports).

However during discharge, we received only Apollo medical records but not the old medical records we had provided in a separate folder. I waited from morning till evening to get the records. I was eventually asked to leave stating they will get back to me once they find the file.

It has already been 5 days since we got discharged and we haven't heard back from the hospital yet. I would request you to consider this as a serious issue and do the needful to return the old medical records. These are historic medical reports and hope you can understand how important these are for any person with medical history.
