Apollo Hospital — Registration fees

I had visited appolo hospital salt lake for consultation to one of the urologist
They first asked me to pay registration fees before consultation fees and was not treated properly ...

I asked why registration fee is ₹300 and why is it compulsary to pay when i am paying doctor fees ₹900

They confirmed it is mandatory

I know they are even gonna further charge once I again visit for my reports
