Apollo Hospital — scan was done but no report is been given yet

Hi,

This is shweta sharma, my ultrasound scan was done yesterday on 14 dec 2018 at 11 am at apollo hospital indore and i have been told that reports will be coming at 4 pm as server is not working. I went there at 4 but reports were not given. I called them at 6 pm i got the same answers and resorts were not given. I called today morning at 9 am and got to know the serves are working but lab technicians is not there so reports can not be given. And again at 10 am when i called they are saying server is down again. If server was down why they accepted my scan?? They should have told me i would done it some where else.

I think apollo is worldwide known for its service and server going down for more than 24 hours for a big hospital like apollo seems to be a big concern for patients and their family. It is really ridicules to call again and again and get the same answer. I think as a hospital you should really do something about this. I would defiantly not gonna refer anyone to apollo from this worst experience of mine.

I need my reports asap as i have an appointment with my doctor. Can someone look into this at the earliest.
