[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — Service complaint

I have visited hospital on 06.07.2016. I was suffering from joint pains and symptoms of fever. I was in office and not able to manage with the symptoms hence i have gone to apollo tnagar which is near to my office. My friends have already shared poor response from the clinic but as it was near i din had any other option. I met dr. V balasubramanian gastroenterologist he advised me to go for blood test after examination. There was no other doctor in the hospital apart from him and one senior doctor. Pos machine was not working and they where asking to make payment in cash. I could not able to understand weather i should deal with my fever or with there terms and conditions at that time. Finally after long wait i have gone through blood test for chicken guniya. They said blood test report will come by 07.07.2016 @ 10 o'clock morning. I called them on 07.07.2016 @ 10:30. They said call after sometime no one is available gone for breakfast. By 11 i m getting answer i will get my report on 08.07.2016, and some person said i will get it in 09.07.2016. I don't understand they r running a clinic or restaurant. Not now not now. They know the implications of not now in medical. I m writing this complaint so that no one else should face this issue. No one knows any other language then local language in that clinic. Totally unprofessional staff. I tried lodging complaint calling there call centre. They were keep on transferring call from one to other for 15 min. Then after 15 min they again transfer the call to apollo tnagar to the receptionist. I told her full details she said she will get back to me on the issue in a unpleasant way. I m writing this complaint on 07.07.2016 @ 20:00. Till now no response from the clinic, i got miss call from some apollo clinic but was just a miss call and when called the back no one picked the call. My complaint is we r paying good amount to get proper treatment in all these big hospital. But in such a crucial time, there is such unprofessional behaviour will lead someone life in trouble. I have gone for blood test for my brother in other clinic we got report in a day and they professionally inform us everything in a proper way. I m not going to that clinic again but really someone have to take action against them before it cost on someone's life.
