Apollo Hospital — treatment to patients needs improvement

For colonoscopy patients are advised to take two bottles of liquid medicine between 6 to 7 am and appointment time was given as 11 am on 25th september 2018. It appears that more than 20 patients were called at the same time for colonoscopy and other similar test. After waiting for more than 2 hours at around 1.30 pm the colonoscopy was done. I am a diabetes patient and without food it is very difficult to stay up to 1 pm. There should be some smooth procedure to call patients as per capability of the concerned doctor.

I want to suggest :

Instead of calling the names by the attendants, there should be one electronic display board where the names of the patients are displayed. Atleast patients will have some satisfaction that there is some progress.
