I suffered a few issues while staying as mentioned below. Unprofessional, Mismanagement and Un-hygiene treatment for New born baby.
Newborn Hygiene Overview Newborn hygiene care, including bathing, New born babies’ clothes and mattress is important for our baby's health and comfort.
After the baby is born, he is wrapped in normal green clothes like a green bedsheet, there is no mattress in the cradle. When we asked for the same, they provided us with a cushion cover. Where I had paid 1.21 L for 3.5 days. After reach home baby got eye infection where my family suffered mentally and emotional stress due to un-hygiene treatment.
IT related issues We did not get Wi-Fi ID and password for four days where we continued to Guest dial no. 44, 3437 and 3537. They are giving us excuses.
Billing Department issue At the time discharged I have received the final bill where there is no bifurcation but I had paid the amount as per bill you charged without any cross question on the basis of trust.
Now we need bill bifurcation for medical reimbursement, and I had request to your billing department. Mr Mudit is a concerned person to give to me. I met him and he said, he will provide on 13th Dec 2021, Monday via email. But the same is not yet received.
I personally visited on 15th and 16th December at the billing department but he is not available in the cabin, almost 2 hrs waiting every day outside in the cabin. The staff doesn't know who the concerned person is in the absence of Mr Mudit. Still we have not received bill bifurcation .
Literally i personally followed for 1 week and finally we have received bifurcation on letterhead one pager where not in detail and specific. . We need specific with in detail bifurcation for the same.
