Apollo Hospital — WBC count was not monitored for a serious infection

My patient was admitted on 6.4.23. and wbc count was 6600. It gradually increased due to a serious infection but doctors did not monitor it. There was a serious infection in hospital. After discharge of hospital, it was 9800 and at home, patient collapsed with wbc count of 24000.
