My baby is already in the icu even then he replied in this way. After that i follow-up the request of the medical. And i have submitted all the reports of my baby to your department. And your employees tell me that submitted your previous reports and i replied to them if my baby has no any previous hospitalization records so how can i provide previous record. She is admit first time after birth. Her age is 7 months and she is ill and first time admit in this hospital and i have already provided all these reports.
I bought your apollo medical policy after check your goodwill in the market. I have no idea that you will give third class services at the time of claim.
