Dear sir
Inspite of repetative request i am received the revised policy for the current year on my updated address. I have also not received soft copy of the policy/card. Repetative request to mr. Prasanna kumar, mr. Ravisankar and preeti of bangalore office i have not got the policy.
Request to take necessary action also take action againt all concerned since they all are reminding me renewal of insurance in the month of march every year but no customer support.
