Apollo Munich Health Insurance — not received receipt of the policy

I have a health policy with your company name is easy health on dated 19/9/2018 but today onward i have not received my policy original bond
After 3 month later.in case any health issue how i avail my policy benefits. I have no prof of policy
Sir it is my first experience with private company but i disappointment for me. This will be effect to company image
Please issue my policy bond as early as possible neither i go for irda
