Apollo Munich Health Insurance — Policy is not renewed through payment is done

My policy no is pe01466644 and my premium was to be autodebited from my bandhan bank account but since it was not auto debited i got a message from vk-hdfchi that appolo munich has requuested payment of xrs.5754 and a link of razor pay but it has been now 3 months my renewal process has not been done.
