    I along with my wife buy floater policy in 2018 my child added after 90days with this policy. When my child added with policy i informed about my child birth history but unfortunately insurance company employe not mentioned this in policy.
    When i got renewal of my policy i taken information about my child history was mentioned in poly or not branch office told their is no such information mentioned in my policy. Then i asked to update...

    Dear Sir,
    I got a phone call that no registration fee, no penalty as in the agreement, just do as much as you can and get payment for that" like that they said. I did not sing any agreement. I completed work and submitted. I suddenly i got sms and mail that they filed case against me. This is cheating. Firstly i said no. But they forced me to do that work by saying it is free, no risk.

    Kindly please save me from this.

      I purchased a pest repellent from smashing commerce website through face book ad on 17.08.18. The product delivered is entirely different from the product shown in the fb ad. The product does not satisfy the main use of it, even after switching it on lizards and cockroaches are still there. The product looks like a toy not as if like a pest repellent. I want to get a refund of rs 480 from the company. Please do the needful...

        On 24/11/2017, as desired by them, i had submitted a bunch of papers containing 5 different reports from 14/04/2015-to -13/10/2017, requesting them to confirm that my further cliams would be processed or advise me their observation, if any. For the reasons best known to them, despite my 8 reminders in 3 months, telephonic reminders & personal visits to their office, i was not informed about their observation... After lot of followups after 100days, i was advised to submit...:first consultation paper related to hypertension when it was first diagnosed "it may please be noted that all the available papers/ reports / doctor;s prescriptions from 14/4/2015 were submitted twice & were acknowledged by them. I enquired from their noida office what sort of first consultation paper is being asked when everything is made available to the. Unable to reply my quary, i was advised to write to their grievance cell. On march 10, 2018, i made a reference to their complaint cell asking them to clarify what is meant by ;first consulation papers"which are being asked, alongwith the details of such papers, with the rational / justification, especially when everything was submitted in the month of nov 2017 & also in jan 2017, comprinsing of my doctor's'all clinical notes.. There was no reply even from their grievience for more than 20 days & finally after my 3 reminders, they replied with the same reply asking for 'first consultation paper, related to hypertension when it was first diagnosed "without bothering to advise me what is this paper. It may kindly be noted that it is the same question which i have been asking them time & again to clarify / guide... What it is? Such a pathatic, hope less & useless response cannot be expected from apollo munich. It is highly irresponsible, unacceptable & company must be asked to clarify what is their requirement, with the justification & they cannot be allowed... To befool the customers, after collecting a huge premium. Further, it is a shamful for their grievience to ask for the same issue which they were supposed to clarify... Is anybody listening?

          Under my policy no 180300/1119/[protected] daed 31-apr-2013, annual premium of rs 34547.89 in 2015 has been arbitrarily & unilaterally increased to rs 52164.68 in 2017 i. E increase of 51% in 2 years, especially when there has been no claim till now... On taking up the matter, they have give me their standard gol-mol reply, without really justifying how their so called medical inflation has undergone exhorbitant increase of 51% within a span of 2 years... This is highly unjustified, unexplainable, unacceptable & unethical to recover huge amount from senior citizen, for which, there is no mention in their original policy... This is a open loot by apollo munich insurance & taking the policy holder for granted

          The reply given by the co. is not to the point & is not convincing ...I t has not informed how the premium has gone up unilaterally, without any information to the policy holder, by 51% within a span of 2 years...Has there been INFLATION OF so HIGH magnitude ? The co. is SILENT ON THIS CRUCIAL ASPECT...AFTER, the POLICY IS ISSUED, THEY are EXPERT IN TAKING THE POLICYHOLDERS FOR GRANTED...Reminded again, the co, to submit the proof of having advised me the modification, as being claimed by them FALSELY...Their INCREASE IS HIGHLY OBJECTIONABLE & UNACCEPTABLE & UNJUSTIFIABLE & UNETHICAL .. The co MUST EXPLAIN THE COMPONENTS OF SUCH A HUGE INCREASE ...WITH, this mode, will they increase the premium to 500% in another 5-6 years, as they say that there is TOO HIGH INCREASE IN MEDICAL INFLATION ...Surely, it not the case with other cos . & how it could be applicable only to APOLLO MUNICH ? HORRIBLE ?

            The company has not settled my claim since Mar-2017 rather they are just continuously harassing me asking for the documents not having any concern with their mediclaim. I have applied for it in March 2017 when I was hospitalised and also has provided maximum documents they have asked.
            Even then they are still asking for the new documents everytime.

              Hi,

              We travelled to India to India to attend a wedding in family and while booking ticket via MakeMyTrip, we opted for Travel Insurance from Apollo Munich Insurance.

              While landing at Nagpur Airport we were told that all of our 3 baggage's were lost. They were later identified but then again sent to wrong airport. We finally get them after 50 hours and for that too we have to pay INR 150 cash.

              All our essentials are inside those 3 bags as we came to India from US for attending my cousin marriage.

              We have to buy the essentials + dresses to wear on wedding as that is the reason why we went to India.

              We forwarded all the relevant docs but still waiting for a reply/update on our case and its more then 3 months now.

                    I (Hardeep Singh) have purchased a policy from Apollo Munich Insurance Company, It's been more than two months but i haven't got my policy kit with cash less card which should have been delivered in 15 days. I've emailed several time to the company they replied and promised to send it in 15 days again but nothing happened and today i got message from there that my policy has been delivered on[protected].
                    I've attached the screen print of that.
                    I'm having health problems and they are not taking anything seriously. I don't see any benefit to purchase policy from apollo.
                    Please sir/mam do something as soon as possible.
                    I never thought to complaint about it to you but today they've cross the limit by sent the fake message of delivery.

                      Our Indian Government given licence/Tender for do work RSBY- BPL family in Maharashtra for Appolo Munich Health ins. and there TPA M.D.India Pune.But after Serve of BPL family,worker on that field,Doctors,Hospitals owners,Employee all these are not satisfied because both companies were get tender from Government but both are very unsatisfied work.If Government has any doubt gov. investigate these companies from any committee and also see figures of hospitalisation cases on RSBY internet sight.Then investigate How many claim of hospitals settled and How Hospitals and patients satisfied about that.If gov investigate this nothing any one will tell that they are do good.
                      Both companies are do third grade work.
                      They have not experience of work or worker of companies are not good appropriate degree holder.
