[Resolved]  Apollo Munich — Regarding denial for cashless treatment

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have registered the policy from Apollo munich . Policy No.110105/11121/[protected]-01 and ID is [protected]. I have admitted to my son in the hospital.e When I asked for cashless facility from them, they have rejected my request. When I calls them they are not picking up my phone and when picked up then did not respond positivly.I have provided the letter which is written by Hospital doctor on which mentioned that patient cannot be admitted on OPD basis still they are asking that patient have to admit on opd basis.
