[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — About damaged rapid test kits of covid

2 days ago I bought 2 rapid test kits from Apollo pharmacy out of those 2 one is a damaged kit, I came back to pharmacy showed them the kit and they too realised that it is a damaged kit and exchanged me the kit with a new one. Afterwards the next day I bought 4 more kits but out of 4, 3 are damaged kits or something else I don't know exactly but when I tested exactly as per the process written on the guide the result is invalid. The same repeated with 3 kits and each kit costs Rs250/-. So this morning I went to the pharmacy where I have bought those kits tried to explain them my situation and criminal wastage of money with those 3 kits. How can a common man spend thousands of rupees on damaged kits. Such a rude behaviour from the staff in the pharmacy didn't respond to me even after I explained. Also they are supporting themselves that we are not responsible for that and moreover it's a sealed packet how can we guys know whether it is a good one or a damaged one. For that I told them I'm not blaming you guys, my intention is to explain my situation to you that I got these kits. They are not listening to me and also doing their work even without any concern on me. One more thing they told me please go now we can't do anything if you need buy some more kits that is the only way we can suggest you. Very very disappointed with those behaviour. Almost all I bought each and every medical things in Apollo pharmacy only. I never ever complained like this before.
