For my ORDER #[protected], As per online status, the medicines were packed at 5 pm yesterday, however the delivery person attempted delivery only after 3 pm today. His behaviour was not good and he was arguing. when I asked why there is a delay, he told you cancel we can't do anything. After that he cancelled the order. I have a patient at home who could not get medicine on time. This is the quality of Aplollo Pharmacy. Bad experience from Appollo pharmacy. Not sure which kind of delivery parter chosen by the pharmacy. Also there is no customer care number mentioned in the site. We can't complain to anybody or we can't request to make faster delivery. No ownership. I had made the payment in advance. Now waiting for the refund. Very poor service

Apollo pharmacy has not provided refund even after multiple followups, worst company to buy medicines...

I ordered 30 diamicron XR 60/1000 tablets but i received only 20 tablets

Dear Apollo team,

My self Madhuri Ajaykumar Patil, ( Emp- code :- APL47757) working with team, in apollo pharmacy under Apollo Pharmacies Limited (Division of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, Bhandup- West, Mumbai- 400078), from 14 Feb 2022 till date.
The reason to send the mail to organisation is very much painful for me as a employee of Apollo for complaint against my division.
In brief to tell
Issue No:- 1
Since from joining no any branch is fix for me, till now in 4 months i have worked in 4 branches (1. Casa Rio palava (0.5km from home), 2 Bhivandi (35 km from home), 3 Lakeshore ( 9 km from home) Dombivali, now in Dombivali west(12km ) as i am leaving near casa rio branch and all knows traffic of Mumbai.. If asked to fix one branch the indirect statement to leave the job.
Issue No :-2
Some complications in my health results in abortion in last month, same related documents submitted to branch manager, Hr, and same was attached with mail. During period i have just taken near about 1 month of leave. as doctor suggested for rest of 3 months. due to Hr and Branch manager pressure. This case is similar as of pregnancy same leave was updated by supervisor but no any payment given, even worked payment of 6 day payment (1500rs) was not credited to acct.
Issue No. 3 :-
Currently as a inform to all incharge, supervisor, branch manager, Hr. about health and doctor advice not to travel, they are internationally put me to Dombivali west of Ambaji medical MP road, which need daily traveling of 3 hours ( in traffic). And the most painful things is as per supervisor (Sundar) and Hr ( Oskar) person i must do In punch to casa rio branch of Apollo, go to Ambaji medical Dombivali west work there, and end of day retrun go to casa rio branch and. make outpunch.
This all 3 issue are daily which are very much pain full for doing job as a ladies in which only 1 month completed for abortion. there are giving mental pressure and forcing indirect to leave the job.
Apollo is a big brand but due to some people they are making the name very bad of Apollo.

Plz look into it and give me justice ...
Need support to leave from Apollo ...

I placed one order amounted 918.77 which got cancelled by apollo.
For this, I have not yet received the complete refund.

I made the payment using cred app via indusind card. Cred is saying that they have not received the refund.

There has been delay in delivery of critical medicine for order no #[protected],
There is no customer support system
Everytime you keep raising the ticket for your order delay but not get any resolution
Order has been processed you can't even cancel
How apollo give a promising date and time with a medicine order when you can't deliver
at least should be a customer support system that understands your customer's point of view, if the order is getting delayed then you can confirm a next fixed delivery date and time or the customer can cancel the order so that the customer can buy medicine from anywhere else according to his convenience.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased surgical mask box at Rs 500 from Apollo Pharmacy 14th July 2022 in Moolakulam branch at 7.40 pm. To my surprise, i found all the mask without elastic knot. I approached the shop about the default. But to my surprise the lady in the shop argued that the masks in the box is not theirs and she not accepted eventhough i produced my bill.
I got terrible experience in Apollo pharmacy. She cannot accept the mistake. After much arguement, i wrote the complaint letter and gave to her and got my new product. Whether customer know what type of plastic cover is used to cover masks. Moreover box is not sealed.
Inspite she argued that i changed the contents in the box. It is totally ridiculous. So place my complaint to take necessary actions against the staff for her misbehaviour.

There is an Appolo pharmacy in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. They are very inefficient in doing their job. To buy asimple medicine, customers sometimes have to wait for even 20 minutes, even when there is no rush. The workers are very slow and some of them don't even know which thing is placed where. I can see the medicine myself, it's right there in front, even then they just keep on delaying things and making customers wait for long unnecessarily. This has happened to me several times.

I haven’t received my refund yet, it’s almost been 2 weeks.
Kindly escalate the matter to higher authority if you are not able to handle it.
I am constantly mailing the helpdesk and apollosupport for the same but all in vain. The issue isn’t been taken seriously. I have ordered the medicines from the app and paid for the same through paytm, the order was cancelled by the app itself since then it is showing refund initiated...

I changed my old Mobile Phone No. & Mail ID and no longer does this number belongs to me. For that reason, I want to change my Mobile no with Apollo Pharmacy. But how is this possible?
I mailed this matter to Customer Care but my mail is rebound to me. Also called Customer Care but no person took my phone.
So, please tell me how I shall change the phone & mail id?

I had ordered and made payment to Apollo pharmacy via online in Apollo pharmacy app, delivery was scheduled on July 8th but its not delivered even today ie July 11th, delivery executive is not responding and i had raised token in the app none responded, customer care number is also invalid

I have ordered a medicine from Apollo pharmacy firstly order was delayed for two days and now the order have been delivered to some other state And location, I have raised a ticket to them they are sending the problem resolved and order have been delivered, but the order have not delivered to me it’s been 4 days no one is responding no one is solving my issue, I have done online payment my money is gone my medicine is not delivered yet...

This email is in reference with my Apollo medicines order num .[protected].They were suppose to deliver the medicines yesterday but now when i called the executive he is refusing to deliver.I have already paid for the medicines.Now they are refusing to Deliver and Apollo is unreachable and not helping us..Their customer number is always busy.

On 10/07/2022 I have purchased some items from Kadayanallur Apollo pharmacy Branch.
And I have paid amount for that. Reference number is([protected]).
After came to my I have opened the package and one item is missing. (Second time I couldn't go to pharmacy due to unavailability of bike). So I have called to apollo pharmacy branch. And they said we will deliver to your home and they asked my contact...

I have placed an order on 7 th July and it's already 4 days, I am yet to receive my medicines, a simple order has been split into 2, and the first order wasn't even delivered and shown as delivered, you are cheats, liars, it takes 5 days to deliver meds, a patient might die in the meantime, most pathetic nd ridiculous service with zero customer care, no regards for clients, patients at all.

2 days ago I bought 2 rapid test kits from Apollo pharmacy out of those 2 one is a damaged kit, I came back to pharmacy showed them the kit and they too realised that it is a damaged kit and exchanged me the kit with a new one. Afterwards the next day I bought 4 more kits but out of 4, 3 are damaged kits or something else I don't know exactly but when I tested exactly as per the process written on the guide the result is invalid. The same...

Ordered medicine through app on 7th of July 2022 money debited from my account medicine not delivered it is almost 72hrs no update as of now
Spoke to customer care no resolution found
I want my medicines delivered or money refunded ASAP

I was going to keep the scooty to my Sisters House near my colony to next colony after that they caught me and I was not riding in the road I was just at footfaat and they have given me challan

I placed order on July30 now than 6 days over I didn't get medicines delivered.. I complaint through customer support and also through mail..but my problem not solved.. I paid money for medicine I can't able to cancel and get my money so I can buy from store. Simply they taking complain no steps to deliver medicines when I see the status from app it showing medicines not picked from store. Ticket id 898388 another ticket id 902141...

Akkayapalem main road branch Apollo staff was responding with very rude behaviour and I personally faced this issue in last night…, they was told me this pharmacy is closed right way around 4.am in the morning
Pls take a action about this
