Apollo Pharmacy — All out liquid

I bought a All out liquid from Apollo pharmacy. I asked cash counter for UPi payment and they showed Apollo pharmacy UPI code. I sent money 90rs from my Fi bank upi option. But, they told me didn't received money from my end. But, my amount was debited and receiver bank has been received successfully. I have verified with my Fi Bank also, Fi bank told me receiver payment was received successfully. Again I went to Apollo pharmacy and I asked him regarding for money. They treated me Unrespectively and asked for screenshot for that payment. I shared to him. Finally they told me wait for two or three days to verify the status of money. Note: they are pointing only for gpay and phonpe only. They won't consider bank Upi payment. Why that Apollo pharmacy cheating for customers. I need Justice for this issue.
