Apollo Pharmacy — Amount deducted from Apollo card and paid cash also

Yesterday I have visited Apollo Pharmacy Chandannagore Narabazar. That time Amit Acharya and Sunil Shaw was present. I have purchased Savlon and montec Lc Tab amounting of Rs 677.I asked your representative to check my balance in my card linked with my mobile number [protected]. Accordingly He suggest me to Pay Rs 119 and rest Rs 558 will be deducted from my Card. Then he asked me for OTP which I have given your representative.Then after sometime he told me that he is unable to put OTP and asked to pay Rs 558 in cash. Accordingly i paid in cash. He also informed that the balance will not get deducted. Today I got an SMS stating that Rs 558 deducted also. I want the refund of the said amount
