I am Biswaranjan mallick and an existing long time customer of Appolo Pharmacy, also you can checkout my transaction details every month by my mobile no.
Today i went to one of your Apollo Pharmacy counter,
(Apollo pharmacy, Tankapani Road, Bhubaneswar, ODISHA -751018)
The sales representative behaviour was so rude and so unprofessional and i asked during this covid period why no sanitizer near to your outlet door. one guy was discussing with my and another guy suddenly behave like mad and he tried to hit me also.
so i called my uncle and told him to ask your store guy why they behave like this. even though they did not leave my uncle and the started arruging with us and tried to hit my uncle as well.
so we called police and told all about teh incident but still appolo guy was tried to arguing with police also.

As a customer neither i and anyone of my near dear will not visit any appollo store in feature.
so my request you to take necessary action on these kind of people who is creating bad image about apollo and also rude behavior to customer. At the end Appolo is going to face all blame .
hopefully my complain will address ad get justice to this.

I have ordered 2 packet of Soffy Sanitary napkin on 05/05/2021 and payment of Rs. 605 already paid in advance. the delivery date was 06/05/2021.
But till today i have not received my product. I have called them, they told me that order have been cancelled but online tracking showing order dispatched on 05/12/2021.
The fact is neither my product reached to me nor my money refunded.

I have ordered baby food (NAN) and Diapers through Apollo 24*7 on 6th May'21 and Paid the amount already through an online payment.

But the order is yet to receive. the status is showing billed and packed since last 4 days.

As this related to child care could you please make the delivery urgently or please provide some contact to the pharmacy so that we can direct contact to know about the expected delivery datebr...

I had booked a home sample collection from apollo 24/7 for 12th april 2021. The sample was collected on that day, but I never got the test reports back. These reports have now become totally useless for me as I had a doctors appointment for 15th april. So I mailed the team at apollo for my refund and even shared my bank details with them. After 15 days of continuous emails and calls to the customer care team these guys were just testing my patience. They guarantee a refund within 15 days but today it is 10th of may 2021, almost a month since the sample collection and I haven't received a single penny back.

I have shocked your appollo pharmacy Hebbal Hebbal staff they selling the expiry medicine and making money. They have not given any bill even we asked. I have purchased on 29th April 2021corex cough syrup but thyy have given 50 ml bottle instead of 100 ml, that's already expired long back when I asked bill they told printer not working. When to visited Shop rudely they behave you complain any where. Take necessary action and iustiy I wantbr...

Yesterday I have visited Apollo Pharmacy Chandannagore Narabazar. That time Amit Acharya and Sunil Shaw was present. I have purchased Savlon and montec Lc Tab amounting of Rs 677.I asked your representative to check my balance in my card linked with my mobile number [protected]. Accordingly He suggest me to Pay Rs 119 and rest Rs 558 will be deducted from my Card. Then he asked me for OTP which I have given your representative.Then after sometime...

I placed my order on 7th may it was expected to deliver by 4 pm. 8th may. Today it's 9th may and there is no update on app as well. I still did not get my medicines delivered. There is no way to contact them apart from raising complaint on there app which is not being acknowledged at all. I feel like loosing my money. Was it some scam?? Are they fraud?? I wonder....

The local Apollo pharmacy store sold me a pulse oximeter with company name ... and the device works erratically.

My medicine order#[protected] was ordered and paid online on 5th May 2021 and was supposed to be delivered on 6th May has still not arrived till 8th May night. No updates have been provided regarding the non-delivery of the order and no response was made after repeated attempts to contact the customer care. It doesn't seem they care about the customers at all. If the medicine was out of stock they should not have taken the order and money in the first place, and when they knew they should have immediately contacted me and given full refund. They have a non-functional website, where even cancellation option doesn't exist. Kindly deliver the medicine you have promised to. Not delivering the medicine to my needy parent and then staying silent and unresponsive in this crisis situation is extremely hurtful, unkind and in very poor taste. Either the medicine should be delivered or complete refund should be made immediately.

Bought an oxymeter today morning for 2350/-. When tried using its giving abnormally low reading or showing finger out. The pharmacy refuses to return it. The one giving inxchange also same faulty. Bought from Apollo pharmacy, mijgori, gulbarga.

I have just visited one o[censored]r brach in vizag pedda waltair.

I have noticed that there is no proper sanitisation done or it's been seen that there are no proper masks or shields nor there is no.proper social distancing. Clicked few pictures will publish it if there is no change.

As asked to the employee there they said management is not providing.

Vaccine also is not given to them

Apollo Pharmacy had sent message that ordered medicine is delivered on 7 Th May 2021 at 5.41 PM.

I have not received the ordered medicine till now and Whatsup number no one is responding.I have also sent screen shot to the given Whatsup number also.

I have purchased 3 strip of medicine from Apollo pharmacy using mobile application. I have received 2 strip as it was last 2 available. I got both the strip without Expiry and batch number. I have raised the complaint to Pharmacy and they were not interested in the same....

Dear Sir & maam. My health is not good and i have ordered some medicine through 24/7 service. The amount i have paid already and from last two days the status shows item has been billed and packed . But medicine is not deliver yet. In this pandemic situation already we all are depressed. In the same time Apollo service is more pathetic. One patient cant wait for so long time to get medicine. i orederd from apollo pharmacy through phonepe switch on 21st april. Money was deducted but order was not confirmed. When i ordered, 1st three days the order was able to see in the cart, but now, in orders, my order is not there. I have mailed you so may times. Please response to my issue.

I placed a order form Apollo and cancelled the order. The refund is still not done. I am unable to reach them. It’s still pending. No one from customer support is contacting to solve this issue

HE WAITED THERE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES & FINALLY HANDED OVER THE ORDER TO ONE PERSON; STANDING AT THE SIDE OF ROAD.
