When I ask the person at the Apollo pharmacy counter how many health credits I have, he always tells me a lesser number than shown in the Apollo 24/7 app. Today on 20 April I was buying items worth 760 rupees and when I asked how many HCs I can use from my HC balance, he said 2. I checked the Apollo 24 7 app and since 8th April I have 23 HCs. I don't know why I can claim 23 HCs from my balance when it's definitely not close to 50% of the transaction value of 760.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by your pharmacy, especially in terms of delivery. I placed an order for essential medicine for my child, with a promised delivery time of 12 pm. To my dismay, the delivery time was then extended to 2 pm, and now it's pushed further to 4 pm.

This kind of inconsistency and lack of commitment is unacceptable, particularly when it involves the health and well-being of a child. The urgency of medical situations should be understood and respected by your delivery department. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for the importance of timely medication delivery, especially when the initial commitment was at noon.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. Patients and their families rely on the timely delivery of medications, and any deviation from the promised schedule can have serious consequences.

I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take steps to improve your delivery department's efficiency. Your customers should not have to suffer due to the negligence and inconsistency of your service.

Sir good Evening iam Thiruvannamalai tamilnadu iam went my near appollo pharmacy vengikkal branch ( I say need dental pain tablet) he is say give a 20 rupper change but I have a 500 rupee only he told no change sir please give a 20 rupee only then I speak any other chance I am using g pay but he no sir now time is closed so you get out and come tomorrow !
My complaint iam very pain and come for pharmacy bue he told just come to tomorrow what sir

About Bill number I have purchase today 189 medicine but your swiping mission is not accepting credit card repeated error I have daily customer of your medical shop but still problem not resolved is a inbuilt EDC machine error

Kindly rectifier as soon as possible

I'm Jyotsna Samadhan Said I was working in Apollo pharmacy Mahatma nagar NASHIK from May 2019 to October 2021. I have resigned on October 2021. My settlement everything has been done but they are not issuing me my bonus cheque even I'm taking follow up from last 2 years. HR and other team member just avoiding and not taking Immediate action. I want my money as soon as possible. Otherwise I'll take legal action against you.

I'm from Karnataka. I went Apollo pharmacy near me in Karwar district. Here all the staffs are responding very humble and very kind. But whenever I went to Apollo pharmacy to buy some medicines by using my cashback amount they are asking for OTP . In other days and at that time also I'm getting all the messages from Apollo pharmacy except OTP. I enquired the staffs but they replied there is a network issue. But I'm facing this problem every time.
So my request is to find another way to get cashback amount to purchase medicines with that amount. I mean to say kindly find the one more way other then sending OTP.

Ordered online medicine on 02/09/23 under order no #[protected] and the committed delivery was before 11:00 pm of 02/09/23. Now they changed the delivery to 04/09/23 and the window for cancelling order is not in place. Payment is made in advance and refund policy is not transparent.

Last 3 months I hv been following up for the excess money taken from apollos online guy I hv shared proof so many times and now my credits worth re 1000 are expired without info the credits before that hv not so in total apollo has my 3k with them and they are doing anything about it

Didn't receive HC 300 on my online order dated 12/07/2023. In-spite of e-mails to customer care nothing happened.

On July 6th I had visited apollo pharmacy in Telecomnagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. And asked for cold and throat pain the person gave me a packet lo medicines not even explaining what were they. I even asked what was for what he rudely said those were the same for what you had asked.
After returning I had goggled the medicines one they given was pregmebalamin and it was not related to what we had asked I called the branch they hadn't picked and other branch pocked and I asked is it related to the cold or throat pain they told no it was not it was related to nerves.
Visited the store next day the person who gave me was not there and the others simply gave me the money.
IT WAS VERY BAD TAKING TABLETS WITHOUT DISEASE I LOST TRUST ON APOLLO AFTER THIS. The members in the pharmacy is not having knowledge on medicines and very reckless.

My order number is[protected] .Upon missing the delivery date of 10th June, i placed an cancelation request anf i was confirmed over email that my order is cancelled and i'll get my refund in 1-2 days. However it was lie. The order was never canceled and after few days it magically delivered to my doorstep. Upon checking, i found that i ordered 4 quality and got only 3. Since then after hours of call with customer support and 3 weeks of time, they managed to scheduled a return pick up and got it picked up By courier partner on 17th June.

However, now they are saying they received 1 Quantity and nonvody bothered to inform me this until i call back after a week. Also in between, i have been following up over email.

It seems that Apollo is stealing my hard earned money by creating such nuisance and harresing me. No one from customer support is efficient and helpful to provide a resolution to my problem.

Hence writing it to you to help us with this.

● Please cancel my order or send a another new medicine replacing of spoiled. It is unacceptable to continually postpone the delivery. This is not the level of service I expected as a customer.

● I would appreciate it if you could inform me before placing an order that you are unable to deliver medicines to my location.

● I will definitely share my negative experience with Apollo Pharmacy and the delivery agency (Delhivery).

● It has been since June 22nd, and my order has still not been delivered. Every day, I receive information from you stating that the order will be delivered, but it never arrives.

● I understand that there was one missed delivery attempt, but I'm unsure if they actually tried to contact me as they claimed to have called me at 7:30 in the morning. However, even after that, the maximum expected time for the delivery of the medicines should have been 1 or 2 days, but it has been continuously postponed until today, June 27th, 2023.

In Kottucherry, Karaikal Pharmacy most of the tablets given by full steep and not by split. But The Dr. prescribed only for three days where us the Apollo pharmacy staff says to get only ten Fully steeps and not three. there fore it is very inconvenient affairs to the customer . Therefore kindly make steps or of give instructions to the concern staff or pharmacy to issue the Tablets what the Dr. Prescribe whether it is full or part.

This is asokan manohar, having my apollo 24/7 for the past 1 year. I want to change my mobile number in apollo24/7 account, because I lost my old number.

I tried it thru pharmacy, where I created the account. They said, can't able to change, help desk only can do. So, I emailed help desk on 27 may 2023 & till now.

They always said, thank you for the patience. But, finally today they mentioned can't able to change my mobile number on app or health records.

I urgently need to change my mobile number, so that I can use my credit points to purchase medicines.

Kindly seek your favorable assistance regarding this. Please help to change my mobile number with apollo24/7 account.

Store personal talked rudely and denied 2000 denomination note stating their supervisor asked not to accept 2000 Rs Legal tender currency. Rest branch in Bokaro happily accepting 2000 notes. The Store incharge of Sultan Nagar is responsible for poor customer service and asked jisko call karna hai kr lo hum yahan ka manager hai aur 2000 ka note ni lenge. Appolo does this attitude will help you get good customer base?? Need resolution asap.

I had placed an order on (11th May 2023) for Diabetic & BP Tablets from Apollo Pharmacy 24/7 App. They were supposed to deliver the medicines within 2 Hrs. But till date they have not delivered it. We raised many complaints and requested to cancel the order and refund the money back, but till date they have not cancelled neither refunded back our money. I Request you pleases investigate this issue and do the needful so that our amount is refunded back, please ensure this not repeated from a reputed pharmacy company Apollo.

I ordered medicines on 13th May under shipment ID[protected], which was supposed to deliver by 14th May 21:00 PM but status showing as packed and despite calling multiple time no one is responding properly about the issue. Now I asked for refund so I am getting assurance to wait for 24 hrs that is something also breached and time is completed but no refund no one even shares in written confirmation despite asking for same.

The pill box given in the kit is of very cheap quality. The box has so many gaps, how can it be used to put the pills. Can’t believe they are taking this very light. This is a big mistake from their side. Very much disappointed. It’s priced 500rs.
