This is in reference to my order id "ORDER #[protected]". I placed this order on 05-Sep 08:00 PM.
I have ordered some important medicines like BP. I was expecting that Apollo would offer express delivery within 2 hours. However, my order stuck because of some prescription issue although I have attached the prescriptions with my orders.
My order has been verified by Apollo doctor on 05-Sep itself and the doctor has confirmed on call that he is approving my order.
I was expecting that my order would be delivered on 06th Sep and the order status was also showing expected delivery date 06-Sep.
I raised a ticket " #1153654 " in the afternoon today and raised this concern over a chat conversation with one of the Apollo support agents and he promised me that the Apollo team will be calling me shortly to resolve this issue.
I haven't received any call yet and my order status is still showing as "On-Hold".
I would like to escalate this as you can understand no-one should be so careless or casual on medicine order. you never know how critical this is for the one who ordered this.
Please let me know the final and fixed date for order delivery. If you are not sure about this please let me know, I will cancel my order.
I am expecting a prompt response and support on this else I am bound to approach the respective authorities for an action against this. Was this information helpful? |
