I had placed medicine order (Order ID:[[protected]] on 10 September, 2022. Payment was made as Prepaid. The order was showing to be delivered by 10 September by 11.00pm but status of the Order remains the same i.e. in Transit. Complaint was also raised with Apollo 24/7 Helpline (Complaint No:[1171821]. But response still remains the same. Apollo team itself is saying that they can not commit for the delivery date. I had to purchase the medicines from after market at MRP. I want Apollo to deliver the medicine order as soon as possible & compensate me for the monetary loss incurred by me during purchase of medicines from after Market.

I have ordered (online) some medicine vide Order no[protected] dated 24.06.2021. For which I have made a payment of amount INR 796.38 on the same day. However they cancelled the order from their side and no refund is made till date. After repeated reminder also, it has gone in deaf ear. So if this type of companies in the name of medicine are practicing corupt means to cheat patients/consumers and is irresponsible towards...

I had placed an order for medicines on Sept 2, 2022 through UR World App. The order no. is [protected]. It has been 8 days, still the medicines have not been delivered. For the last 4-5 days I have been following up on your helpline number on daily basis but of no help. Such a hopeless and pathetic service provided by you. Literally fed up.

I had ordered medicines worth 5600/- appx. on their website on 1st Sep'22. I had a voucher of 5000/- which I got from redeeming points on my credit card which I used for making the payment, the balance was paid through UPI. The order got cancelled from Apollo's end. I was not intimated or contacted. In the evening while I was checking why the order was not delivered, that is when I found out on the app that they have cancelled the order....

. Ordered a bunch of medicines ( 5th September ), they made two batches of them one was[protected] and other[protected]. The order[protected] was delivered but order[protected] was never delivered.

Even after multiple complaints no response to fix the issue ( the problem is I have paid the money ) .

They are showing delivered and later they are showing delivery attempted and today ( 9th September ) they are showing delivery will be attempted

FRAUD COMPANY

I placed medicines order online on 1.9.22 and it shows shipped on 2.9.22. Est delivery 5.9.22. Even after that there is no update. Can not even cancel the order nor refund is coming. This is really very bad of duping customers on medicines. order no[protected].

Does it take 8 days in delivering medicines? Even Pizza is delivered in 30 mins. Hopeless.

Made me credit the amount 2 times saying that the first credit not received by them.
On 3rd July 2022 I made a purchase of Rs. 413.00 from Appollo Pharmacy Thuthiyoor, Ernakulam branch and credited the amount via Google pay scanning the QR code . But the lady, Ms. Krishnendhu, one of the staff member told me that the amount is not credited in their account and made me pay again using her personal account. But later when I checked I could realize that both the payments have been credited perfectly and I submitted all the supporting documents to Ms. Krishnemdu and the Manager Mr. Shinto Shaji also. But nothing happened so far even after two months now. I had talked with the manager Mr. Shinto more than 3 times and even though he had promised to solve the issue before 31st of August nothing happened so far and he is not even attending my calls after that.
I am submitting all the related supporting documents along with this complaint for your kind perusal and a favourable action because I know such issues can be solved within no time in this digital world instead of making me wait so long unjustifiably like this.

This is in reference to my order id "ORDER #[protected]". I placed this order on 05-Sep 08:00 PM.

I have ordered some important medicines like BP. I was expecting that Apollo would offer express delivery within 2 hours. However, my order stuck because of some prescription issue although I have attached the prescriptions with my orders.

My order has been verified by Apollo doctor on 05-Sep itself and the doctor...

On 05/09/2022 I have purchased some items from Station Road Kota Apollo pharmacy Branch.
The sales person asked me to give amount of Rs.550 for the same but when I checked the MRP of those items, it was less around rs 28/-
When I was asked to give bill they told me that system is out order, that's ok
But when I asked about the excess amount she behave roudly and said that it was not her mistake this is system mistake...

I ordered thru Apollo pharmacy online a BP monitor on august 29th. . Till September 4 th I have been going back and forth by email and phone/ help line regarding the delivery . It has not been delivered and their system indicates it was delivered on September 4 th . That is not possible because we left for US by then .
I need my money refunded and it has not been done despite multiple requests.

Hi, I purchased sugar test machine just a year before - now the device is not turning ON. When I purchase they said that the device is life time warranty and if any issue comes then they will replace another device for the same. Yesterday 12/9/2022 I went to the Appola Pharmacy which is located in Vadalur and told that the device is not working ; requested to replace with a new device since it is life time warranty cover. They are not ready...

Team Apollo gives false assurances.
My Order ID[protected] issue not yet solved since very long time. It's a best example of how a company can easily cheat it's customers and still runs freely under the nose of the law without getting punished

the shop refused to sell 3 tablets, saying that it should be purchased full strip only.

this is not correct practice.
as per doctor prescription ( only 3 tablets) only we can take, why shall i pay extra amount to company.

Each tablet of Rs 17/- for 3 tablets Rs 51/- why should i pay extra Rs 120/-...

I have canceled my online booking order of medicine purchased on Apollo Pharma app through my mobile on Saturday 20th August 2022 immediately within few hours of purchase. I have placed online order in Apollo24*7 on 20th August 2022 and at the time of placing order delivery committed to 24th August, but none of the delivery team contacted me about the order and Apollo team not responding on my order delivery but kept sending fake messages saying out for delivery for every one hour.

Customer care number is busy always not attending calls and support team is not bothered to respond with an update. I am really frustrated with service

I have bought cervical pillow from the pharmacy the pillow is too hard it doesn't serve the purpose of it if I am using it my neck is acking.

The most worst delivery services are providing by the Apollo pharmacy I have ordered a product and I was unable to lift the call by delivery agent and then my order went for re attempt.
I will do whatever I can to get the proper explanation from the Apollo team. Until then my reviews will go on like this.....

On 24th August 2022, I was reached to Apollo pharmacy located near Municipal Office Tirupati. At 11pm. When asked for medicines they forced me to leave the pharmacy that they will not provide medicines and they said that it is closing time we will not provide medicines. This was the very rude behaviour that can raise to serious situation. And a serious action need to be taken on the employees in the Apollo pharmacy in the particular branch.
