Made me credit the amount 2 times saying that the first credit not received by them.
On 3rd July 2022 I made a purchase of Rs. 413.00 from Appollo Pharmacy Thuthiyoor, Ernakulam branch and credited the amount via Google pay scanning the QR code . But the lady, Ms. Krishnendhu, one of the staff member told me that the amount is not credited in their account and made me pay again using her personal account. But later when I checked I could realize that both the payments have been credited perfectly and I submitted all the supporting documents to Ms. Krishnemdu and the Manager Mr. Shinto Shaji also. But nothing happened so far even after two months now. I had talked with the manager Mr. Shinto more than 3 times and even though he had promised to solve the issue before 31st of August nothing happened so far and he is not even attending my calls after that.
I am submitting all the related supporting documents along with this complaint for your kind perusal and a favourable action because I know such issues can be solved within no time in this digital world instead of making me wait so long unjustifiably like this.

Complaint marked as Resolved Mr. Riyas from Kakkanadu Branch has called me from the Branch no. +91 484 4853454 today and very patiently heard the problems and promised me to settle it today itself.
And within 10 minutes he called me again to inform me that my issue has been settled and the amount has been credited in my account.
