I placed order (#[protected] of Apollo oximeter using Apollo 24*7 application on 21 Apr (INR 1754/-), I cancelled the order on 24 Apr itself (via app only) however, upon my follow up I received a cancellation confirmation on 30 Apr 2021. Order cancellation date indicated within Application is 20 May 2021.
After my repeat follow ups I got a message from TX-APLOTF that refund of INR 1714.74 has been processed and should reflected in 10-14 working days.
I again logged a ticket in Apollo app on 14 May (ticket #687864) regarding "I need to know my refund status". further to which I chat via WhatsApp. I was informed that my order has been marked as "Return pending" as delivery was unsuccessful and we have also updated your cancellation request.
Upon my insist in same chat I tried to clarify that how am i responsible to return delay to origin. to which I was informed that my request has now been escalated to pharmacy refunds and I should anticipate a call from Apollo customer support. However, I have not received any call :(
I received an email on 23 May from Apollo helpdesk that issue #: [protected]-Pharmacy, with ticket # 465909 has been closed. Another email stating same information i.e. refund processed on 30 Apr and will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days. To which I replied that refund is still pending and based on what information ticket has been marked as closed. received as acknowledgement email on 24 May that team is working on resolving my issue. And without any resolution similar conversation repeated on 25 May, 26 May, 27 May, 29 May, 02 Jun 2021 and so on. Email revert are more like a robot reply and same vicious cycle is being repeated.
I still have not received my refund as on 07 Jun 2021. Was this information helpful? |
