My name is Ashu and I am a employee of Apollo pharmacy
I want to file a complaint for maintaining my self respect and respect.
Today date 08/10/2023 company organize a camp on Apollo pharmacy Laxmi Nagar Mangal bazaar and I m a supervisor of this pharmacy .
My area executive Mr.Manoj Kumar call for help to other area executive of Apollo pharmacy and he came and me and other staff eating something and he says me firstly do work and then eat and I said sir we also do work from morning and he says me note nhi mil rahe hai kya and I hurted very very much and I raised a voice against this but my executive stopped me for doing this and said me be in your limit i want to ask what is the limit for Executive and Manager's for talking in that manner and Mr.Arun Kumar Sharma ji executive also said ise meri area mai bhei do sudhar dunga ise
Can a executive said all these things
I want to ask this is a professional job ?? I also made a mistake but I m also given a written letter for my mistakes.
