[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — apollo staff misbehavior with customer

Am 7th month old pregnant women and a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy. A week back (9th Feb 2018) I had made a purchase from one of your store in CSB Layout Bangalore and today I went to the same store to exchange one of the medicine (15th Feb 2018)

When I approached the store the person who called himself as the store supervisor named Kumar for an exchange he was least interested in attending, when I asked again he approached me and asked for the Bill. I stated that you will be having the bill with my mobile number as I had missed to carry the Bill and requested to check in the system. But he was very rude and starting miss behaving with his manners and went on to demand the bill with a very unpleasant tone and attitude.

I further insisted to collect the necessary bill details from the Apollo system and help me as a value customer and explained it will be hard from me to travel long distance home to get the bill and being in my 7th month of pregnancy. But he continued to be rude and impolite. He also had an audacity to say he don’t care if the pharmacy loses a customer. To mention in the same pharmacy they have exchanged my previous purchase without asking for a bill and with a complete difference experience from customer standpoint, which was good from their staff.

I traveled back home and went back with the bill for an exchange and request for his store managers details to raise a complaint, which I have even asked him to write in the cover paper of the medicine. And as we expected when I dialed to that number it turns out to be someone else number not only other than the Store Managers but not at all associated to Apollo Pharmacy. This kind of act is considered to be an utter FRAUD!!!

We have also recorded a video during my conversation with Kumar in which if I post you can clearly find his expression and tone been impolite and showing disgrace towards the customer. Even other customer who were present at the store that moment contested Kumar for his behavior and forwarded him suggestion to correct himself, but he was been too much adamant. I the 1st place if he would have stated that no replacement that also would have hold good for me rather than the harassment with he being asking to get bill for an exchange where bills are all present in front of him in the system.

Eventually we can see that he have been in the pharmacy with a 6th months of tenure and his behavior was so rude and harsh for a customer.

I am taking this time and writing to your Apollo team without just right away posting publicly the video or my experience is only because of my relation with Apollo so far. In which I do understand that one staff shallnt be blaming the entire Apollo brand. But me being considerate in this manner, with believe that Apollo Pharmacy team will take considerable action regarding the same and I will be informed about it.

The staff named himself Kumar, who even gave us misleading and fraudulent information about his manager. I am completely unsure now that he would have named himself correctly to us. Hence hereby I am attaching his picture from the video clip.

Looking forward towards your team so that I don’t have to be further dis heartened and look for other channels to get it addressed. My Intention here is “With due humanity, this same kind of issue shallnt be repeated for any other customer!!!”
