On 24th June 2022, I have ordered (order number[protected] some medicine through online website ‘apollo247.com’ on 24th June 2022.
Application took my wrong current location that I realised later after placing the order.
I tried to change the address but website didn’t allow me to do so, I also tried to cancel the order but this was also not allowed by the website. I have requested to delivery person to deliver the medicine to my correct address or cancel the order at their side, but he also not able to cancel the order.
No customer care support available for placing the order through apollo247.com. So, I emailed to [protected]@apollo247.org. I received the ticket ID #850033.
But still after complaining through email, I received the message just after 15 minutes mentioning that the medicine has been delivered but in actual it was not received by me. I have requested for the refund the amount but it still not initiated and apollo247.com customer care team not responding. Was this information helpful? |
