Apollo Pharmacy — Attitude of employees at the store

The incident happened on 23rd June at around 6:15 pm. I went to the store to buy a product for my 2 year old niece. She was there with me and as soon as I entered the store, she started crying (as there were a few people and she got scared. She is just a kid after all, who do you blame?).

Instead of asking politely, he started shouting at the kid as if she had committed a crime. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. He might not remember the incident, but I very well do and I will never forget it.

You should train your employees to behave politely !
