No lead for Refund received

When the delivery person reached my doorstep at 14th May, 2021 I asked him to cancel my order. He did that and ensured me a refund. I know there is huge load due to covid-19 So I am waiting for the refund but the fact is my app is showing that the order is being delivered. There is no lead for my refund....

N95 SCAM by Apollo Pharmacy

I am Rahul, a resident of Bangalore, 560057. Today i.e 15/05/21, I visited one of the Apollo Pharmacy stores near me and it was Hesaraghatta Store. I asked for two N95 masks and they gave me 1 pack which contained two masks that are been manufactured by Armex Pro Pvt Ltd. On the pack of the mask, the manufacturer has mentioned that Net Quantity 1, MRP 49, Batch No. IN95L130820, Mfg Date - Jan/2021 and Exp Date - July 2023. The storekeeper...

Order Cancelled by company, no refund yet.

I placed an order for a pack of adult diapers on April 16th and was told will be delivered that same day.
On 17th, the app shows status as cancelled due to high volume or logistics

This is the first time I placed an order from your app.
No info about delivery until the next day, when promised to deliver the product on the same day.

No proper channel for customer service.
No phone number.br...

Mismatch with billed/ordered item with delivered item

Order number#[protected]

Ordered baby diapers and prepaid the amount but delivered different product with different size and number of the diapers in each packet is lesser than which I ordered.

The billed and deducted amount is on basis of which I ordered but the delivered item is not matching (lower-priced different item).

This is not acceptable.

Pharmacy is not taking care of this...

Product not delivered but it's showing it's delivered

I ordered ap pulse oximeter on 4th May 2021 with order id[protected]. Initially delivery date given on 7th May 2021 but it's postponed to 10th May 2021. On 11th May 2021 message came on mobile that product is our for delivery. Immediately second message came that product is delivered, actually it's not delivered. Please resolve the issue as early as possible....

Delivery of medicines

I placed my order on 7th may it was expected to deliver by 4 pm. 8th may. Today it's 9th may and there is no update on app as well. I still did not get my medicines delivered. There is no way to contact them apart from raising complaint on there app which is not being acknowledged at all. I feel like loosing my money. Was it some scam?? Are they fraud?? I wonder....

No proper protection and care for Pharmacy employee working in pharmacy

I have just visited one o[censored]r brach in vizag pedda waltair.

I have noticed that there is no proper sanitisation done or it's been seen that there are no proper masks or shields nor there is no.proper social distancing. Clicked few pictures will publish it if there is no change.

As asked to the employee there they said management is not providing.

Vaccine also is not given to them

Online purchase of Medicine -Delivery of Medi

Apollo Pharmacy had sent message that ordered medicine is delivered on 7 Th May 2021 at 5.41 PM.

I have not received the ordered medicine till now and Whatsup number no one is responding.I have also sent screen shot to the given Whatsup number also.

I have purchased 3 strip of medicine from Apollo pharmacy using mobile application. I have received 2 strip as it was last 2 available. I got both the strip without Expiry and batch number. I have raised the complaint to Pharmacy and they were not interested in the same....

Medical bills - reg

Bills provided by Chitlapakkam Branch not Clear for the past one year. Because of that, BSNL has refused to entertain my Bill from APRIL-2020 to APRIL - 2021, mentioning nothing is clear in the bill. Unable get any information from the Bill. Because of this I lost around Rs. 35, 000 to 40, 000. Order not delivered and No cancellation options

Order No. - [protected], This is to inform u that how appolo online pharmacy is cheating to customer.
They have given ad for delivery in 2 hrs or 24 hrs but after payment it has given on 6th day for delivery. That is on 02 may 2021( Order placed on 27 Apr 21).
Order not delivered till date and pharmacy is so insensitive that after request for many times no action taken against pharmacy & they have not given option for cancellation...
