Return request

I ordered medicines on Apollo but because of changes in medicines by doctor i requested for Apollo for return request and they approved it.
Its been 5 days i am trying on reach on all platforms and no one is responding
order booked on june11th
i have tried return request on june12th to 15th their app is not working
so return request applied on june15th and june16th

I had ordered 8 strips of medicines, in that 3 strips of wrong medicines were delivered. I had returned those 3 strips of medicines to delivery agent on 10th June 2022 AWB[protected].

Raised ticket 783017 for order Id[protected]

Shared bank account details thrice, sent email to [protected]@apollo247.com
for refund of amount thrice, still money is not refunded for Apollo Pharmacy

    Hi, it's been a week and no one is responding on my order nor delivering the order.

    Raised multiple complaints and even called to customer care and after waiting for 10min still was in queue.

        I ordered few medicines from Apollo Pharmacy on 15th April 2022, I requested to return two of those medicine strips as I ordered them by mistake. I returned the medicines on 28th April 2022. I was informed that I'd receive the refund within 3-4 working days after they receive the medicine strips back in their store.

        The date today is 21st June 2022, it has been more than a month and I still don't have my refund yet. I tried to contact them via call and I'm never getting connected with a live agent. Also, I raised a ticket online and they're not responding there as well.

        The refund amount I'm supposed to be paid is: Rs. 519

          I have purchased Vaporizer from Appollo Pharmacy Godrej Eternity mallasandra in the month of November 2022 it stopped working in a month. I again purchased one more piece of Vaporizer from Appollo Pharmacy Godrej Eternity on 12 Jun 2022 this stopped working within a week.

          Person names Raghu Gowda was very arrogant. He was try convince me with defective product. He was saying vaporizer working fine even we can see the steam is not coming out in full flow. Kindly reach me [protected]

            I got a call from Apollo pharmacy - melagaram on the 19/6/2021 about enfamil stock. The salesman said that enfamil was available at their pharmacy, so I requested home delivery.
            But the salesman dint do home delivery.
            As I was in need of enfamil I went to the pharmacy itself and enquired about it. Bt the 2 salesman present there gave irresponsible reply and dint respect me. This has happened many times in that Apollo pharmacy

              I'm Hajira firdous, I purchased medicines online through Apollo pharmacy on 5 june 2022, the estimated delivery date was 10 june 2022

              it was a prepaid order
              The team keep denying the refund and always ask to wait
              Now today is 19 june 2022 and the team is telling the refund will be issued after 10 days
              I request the consumer forum to help me get my money back, am available to provide all the information required

                I ordered medicine through Apollo 24/7 app. Suppose to deliver on Wednesday before 8:30 Pm but today is Sunday 3:24 PM; still not delivered and no contact at all. I created many trouble tickets; they are eager to close it without any action starting they informed the representative.

                Very bad service and I request no one to order from Apollo 24/7.

                  Order no[protected] containing 2 tubes and 2 capsules packet was not delivered yet. Ordered on 16 June . I was complaining and raining issues to them since then on their website and application, no response from them. No calls received. Delivery boy called me for address and have instructed him he was simply not interested in delivery my medicines and not paying any attention to whatever i was saying to him. Hence end up delivering g to probably...

                  I ordered my medicine last Friday with 2hrs express delivery but till date even after a week, i don't get my medicine. I submitted support tickets but they didn't reply. My order I'd is[protected]. I will file police case under section 420 or make banker to do charge back if they don't deliver my medicine. Please stay away.

                      It's 4 days now, not received some important and urgent medicines ordered online which was promised to be delivered within a day or two. Worst ever online medicine service and the customer care number [protected] is horrible and since few days I have tried multiple times to speak to customer care officer but noone picks up even after waiting for more than 15 minutes. Apollo pharmacy is joking with something emergency thing like medicine.

From my record's you can find out the volume of medicines that I take every month from Apollo Pharmacy. Yesterday nights I was in need of a emergency medicine. But as the volume was less your Mr. Abhijit Biswas of Apollo Pharmacy Bansdroni fish market started misbehaving with me and denied home delivery. I was totally shocked by the incident. I demand strict deciplinary actions against this person with a confirmation to me as otherwise I will stop all my transactions with Apollo.

                            I had placed an order for 2 Rapid antigen test kits in Apollo 24|7 App yesterday (3rd June 2022) at 02:18 PM and paid in advance Rs 445 . The order was supposed to be delivered on the same day by 04:30 PM.
                            Today is 4th June 2022. I have not received an update even after emailing the customer care. I want to cancel this order and get full refund as this is not delivered as promised.

                              Extending the promised delivery date .

                              I had ordered rematin IBD vanilla powder 400gm on 2 June. But the order was not delivered till now and today I have got the message from apollo that the delivery date is extended till 6 June. The shipment number is[protected] . The rematin IBD vanilla powder 400mg is urgently needed . It's my maternal mother medicine . She need to have it daily prescribed by the doctor ....
