[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — basalog insulin cartridge

I have purchased basalog insulin cartridge from app pharmacy, manisha, vadodara vide bill no.11405bcg0009823 dated 24.9.2018. I hv started using this insulin from 3.10.18 and i got checked my insulin count on 5.10.18. To my utter surprise my fbs has shoot up to 205 mf/dl. Earlier it was 89. I tried to find out the reason and i noticed that while injecting insulin is leaking. I hv changed pen and needle still it was leaking. Then i contacted my dr. And he informed that there will be some damage in the cartridge then only insulin will leak. I have opened the pen and took out the cartridge and it was found that cartridge was damaged and inside the pen also insulin was there. I approached the pharmacy for replacement and they refused to replace the same. I am using basalog cartridge since so many years and this is the first that a damaged cartridge was supplied by apolo pharmacy. I request you to instruct apolo pharmacy, manisha, vadodara to replace the catridge immediately.
