I want to complain against your Apollo pharmacy staff who behaves very rudeMr Vipul.

Today when i went to apollo pharmacy new naroda branch code 11399 Mr vipul apollo pharmacy employee is refused me to give tablets due to my bill total is just Rs.105 he told me to take your tablets from any other pharmacy we r not giving tablets less then 500 rs bill even he was chewing gutkha ( vimal) and also not in apollo dress code.

Lots of time i have noticed your apollo staff new naroda behaves very rudely and not doing their job properly

You sholud audit your all branchs regularly if you investigate in apollo pharmacy new naroda branch 11399 you remark that they always not in apollo dress code

you should take secret audit if the problem is increases and apollo pharmacy staff not behave well with the customer our society will take a action against your branch

MR.vipul gives his name and branch code for complain against him he told sir whatever u want u can do no one come on my higher i m owner of this apollo pharmacy no one can terminate here

I have very bad experience on below located apollo...

When i am purchase of medicines at this store every time a person says that internet does not work you cannot use any internet payment mode like phonepe/paytm.
And behaviour very rudely
Answer is same internet does not work so kindly i request you please contact them and ask what is reason why they refuse everytime.

I am a regular customer from apollo pharmacy, kamla nagar, delhi 110007 outlet making a cumulative purchase of around ~30000 rs.

I made a purchase of prescription antibiotic for a course of 5 days however it resulted in skin allergy after first dosage (1 tablet only).

Pharmacy refused to return remaining strip with 9 intact tablets very casually claiming that we cannot return cut strips even though we give cut strips of same medicine.

Incident shows malpractice where chemist only give or take back in full strip or none regardless of prescribed dosage by doctor.

1.in case recovery is faster or medicine does not suit patient, there is no return o[censored]nused ones.
2.in case prescription is of lesser than strip size offered by company, customer is still forced to buy complete strip regardless of prescribed dosage.

In both situations, passing on losses to customer.

Yesterday i had gone to buy medicine from apollo pharmacy greenfield height kolkata new town... I wanted to redeem my points... They said that otp will be sent to my phone.. But due to their problem i did not receive any otp.. Where as all other messages were entering my ph... One raju chettry employee very rudely ordered me to throw away my mobile.. And in a very filthy language he said that i am not fit to use android ph... If this is the way a employee of apollo speaks with the customer i am no more interested to visit apollo in future.. As my husband is suffering from parkinson i require med every other day.. I hope my complaint will be registered and action taken against the said employee... They are also not ready to redeem the point when we buy the medicine.. And orders to come back when the shop is empty...

I m pawan kumar jha today i have purchased mammy poko paints l-62 from your chandkheda store first i had paid through card by using your pos[protected] so my ac is debited but slip is not generated then after i had paid cash against purchase my card no is 459xx1477 txn no is[protected] so please check your account status really it has credited your account or not? I called to this nmbr [protected] of apollo pharmacy branch... I think it is aashiana branch... Wanted to order a medicine which will cost for more than 500 rupees... Worker firstly said it is not available in the quantity u r asking for... Can be provided till tmrw.. I said okay... They had written my address nmbr everything but since then they are making excuses nd ignoring me... Finally they said dat the medicine will be delivered till 8pm today.. I said no issues but again the delivery is undone yet i informed them dat m not having tablet now nd i have to eat it every morning... They said okay sure it will be done today bt what n irresponsible behaviour of apollo pharmacy staff 😡 it's pathetic... This is happening from last 5 days nd see the medicine is not yet delivered

My self amit kumar, i am employee of sidbi, lucknow. Our bank has corporate tie up with appollo pharmacy for medicine delivery.

Regular medicine of my mother is given by bank medical officer every month. Despite it is regular medicine apollo person never gives 2 out of them.

On talking to mr. Ramesh kr. Yadav ([protected]) lucknow dealer he tells rudely he is unable to provide from other shops/convenience. I...

There is no 24 pharmacy in the place of kondapur even there is two appollo pharmacies in that place and they returned clearly that it was 24 hours pharmacy but when i asked them due to emergency purpose to require the medicines they told simply i have to go far gachibowli location. I was shocked by there response that y there is no 24 hours pharmacy in kondapur as it was connected junction to hi-tech city, miyapur, allawin, and kottaguda... So please make sure that the management responsible to keep the pharmacy in avaible locations where every individual should have a access to it so please resolve this issue.

Dear apollo pharmacy, this complaint is against the incharged of bakarapeta (Chittor district) andhrapradesh - pharmacy, i whent to the pharmacy to purchase medicine and i told the pharmacist that deduct the amount in my account through my mobile noumber. The way she given the response is worst and she is speaking in mobile. I ask her name. Then she replied why. I told for complaint. Then she told why should i tell my name. You can complaint against the branch. Take serious action on her. She is spoiling the apollo pharmacy reputation. Recruit some responsible persons to deal with the customers in the pharmacy. We believe that the apollo is a branded pharmacy the reputation shouldn't spoil by recruiting these kind of people. All the staff is sitting and chit chatting. Tell them if customers comes pay attention and respect them. Thanks to apollo pharmacy complaint cell.

I visited apollo pharmacy of sector 5 mdc panchkula on 6th oct 2018. I bought a product of rs 72 for which i asked your executive to extend clove dental corporate discount or doctor discount to which she was not bothered at all. And deducted the amount as per mrp without giving me any bill. All i want to mention is that this not the first time they have done this, its a regular practice of not extending valid discounts to the customers over...

I took medicine with is worth of rs 2450 and some of medicine i am willing return because i took twice which is worth of rs 650

Issue: apollo executive hesitating to give back the refund

Behavoiur of Mr Sumit Kumar of branch mayur vihar ph 1 ext is very bad. He doesn't know how to talk with customer. I went to your branch to purchase some goods at around 9.30 pm. I told i will pay with paytm and then i paid the amt through paytm and money was deducted from my wallet and even i recd cashback. Mr Sumit told that your transaction has been declined as our bill has not been generated. I showed him the transaction id and told money has been deducted but he told me we cant give u goods you talk to customer care of paytm. I told him paytm doesn't have customer care no u write down id i haven't brought my wallet so i cant pay cash right now. But he refuse to entertain me and told me to go away as he can not give me products. I again requested him it night time. We can sort it in mrng. But he starting behaving rudely and told me to go he has to attend other customer and took away prodeuct from the counter and then i talk to his senior monu kumar who wrote my no add id and agreed to give me product
How can brand like Apollo can keep such a nuisance staff and he even told his seniors i am like that only. Plz take care of your brand image and dont keep such a staff like Sumit kumar

Hi, i called on the customer care number of Apollo to change my phone number from( [protected] to [protected]), So that i can redeem the benefits of the Apollo Advantage Card. However today i asked the pharmacy people to redeem while purchasing the medicines and they said it has not been changed yet. Kindly contact customer care.
So kindly resolve this issue and let me know.

When visited your pharmacy in maninagar, ahmedabad on september 29th staff gave me colgate mouthwash which was expired.

On september 30th i went to the same pharmacy to buy some medicines at 10:57pm in emergency and your staff jaydip patel told me that we are closed and when i told them it is an emergency and your closing time is 11pm so kindly assist me at that time he was shameless enough to laugh and tell me that i can complaint against him for this. Such an unprofessional and inhuman treatment of your uneducated staff has lost one of your member for sure.

I would like to know how are you addressing this issue. Your flowery revert will definitely not make any difference so kindly save your time there.

This is with regards to misbehaviour by apollo pharmacy hampinagar employee named harish, he has made the mistake in billing and without apologising to the customer he started threatening by saying that he is an localite of hampinagar tried calling to local gundas and used many bad languages.

I doubt he has an original certificates to work as an pharmacist in well reputed apollo pharmacy, request your to investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action on harish.

I would request you to please take appropriate action and take precautions before apollo reputation get spoiled.

I visited your appollo pharmacy center of sector 13 rohini dda market delhi, one of your representative behaves very rudely this time. I have been avoiding him from so many instances, but he has gone heights this time by asking me not to come for medicines in future. Let me know if you guys give preferential rights to your representative to decide who can buy and who can't from your store. I had an argument with him and asked for his supervisor name and number, very arrogantly he gave me that saying do whatever you can. The supervisor number is not reachable. That's the reason i am dropping this email so you can take some action.

Just 2 hours back travelled about two kilometers to apollo pharmacy as a regular customer but to find that esam 2.5, eno sachet in lemon flavor and mentho plus smaller pack are not available/out of stock. This is my repeated experience with apollo. On the way, till the appolo pharmacy, there are about 11 chemist stores whom i avoided. Now i extend my thanks to the apollo pharmacy for their service by which i happened to switch to other chemist shop. I found better offer and services than apollo pharmacy! Decided not to return to apollo. Thanks for understanding.

Always they will take the order but never deliver, I went and asked many time just they will reply no staff. if they have no sufficient staff they why they are taking the order.
