The behavior of the people out there in the pharmacy is so disappointing that i am running short of words. Went to the pharmacy for some medicines where one of them said that they don't have majority of the things that are mentioned in the prescription. I was still okay with it and walked out with a syrup and baby food. Paid him by card.in the meantime i was managing my toddler also who was running all over the place.in all this i forgot to check the paper bag in whch that employee was supposed to pack my things and keep the prescription. Went to some other store to get the other medicines but was unable to find the prescription. Went back to apollo again and just asked him casually about the prescription to which one of them responded in a very unprofessional way "now we are supposed to make u remember about your belongings also or what" hearing this statement coming from one of the employees whose duty is to provide me with services i was in a shock!
Is this the kind of behavior we are supposed to go through while going to buy medicines!! Really disappointed! This pharmacy is in baguiati, kolkata.. Just beside swasti clinic Was this information helpful? |
