Hi everyone.in this apolo pharmacy i bought medicines last week from apollo pharmacy medavakkam last for my mother.in my description it's clearly mentioned zerodol sp tablet, instead of that they gave some other tablet which is not at all related to mine. My mother fainted away. I came to the medical shop and checked with that respective person. I asked him explanation about that, he treated me like a dog.. Very worst service and while buying please be careful.

Purchased a lumber sacro supprt vide bill no 91093cc0017138 dated[protected] back of the belt metal strips coming out and hurting very badly. The batch no is lss818

Request you to kindly look into it and replace with quality passed and defective free one.

I am a appollo pharmacy reguly customer. My mobile number is [protected].
Doctor prescribed cepodem 620 for 7 days 14 peices. The store seller says you have to buy either 10 piece or 20 peice.
I talked with doctor he said 14 tablet is good for you. Why should i buy 20 peice. Why they refuge? I need explanation. Take necessary action. And infrom me soon

The useless people those who are working in this particular store has taken my order and told me that by evening you ll get it. When i have gone there they told me that it's unavailable, they did not inform me prior. I have given them my pho no also. When i got little bit irrited they miss behaved me.

I have a membership in pharmacy, used to buy regularly. Hence, i had hc 134, i bought a nasoclear after credited my hc, the sales person collected the money and he didn't give bill for that. Once i had reached home saw the msg & went back requested for that. He's not answering properly & had drunken. Request you to take action.

I have purchased one no. Aptamil - stage two and one cerelac (For 12 months + kids, total costing to ₹ 879.00and after usual discount, ₹ 852.65 only from apollo phormacy, alkapur township, by the side of celebration hall, narsingi, hyderabad 500075. Now a days there is an offer from airtel to get upto ₹150 + 250gms honey at apollo phormacy on paying through airtel payments bank/ airtel money. Minimum purchase value: ₹ 599 t&c apply. I was to pay the amount through airtel payments bank but the person at counter did not agree/ refused to give me advantage of the offer. Thus i was the looser. The matter may please be enquired. (Invoice no.918ws0001497 n5 normal sales - 9 dated 25.10.2018. This matter will also be taken up with airtel.

I have visited apollo pharmacy at navalur, omr main road, chennai. The executive working at billing is irrespective on customers and not giving proper response to customers. I have corporate apollo card and purchased medicine and bill amount as per mrp was 102 rupees. He is not ready to take my corporate apollo card and not provided any discount since billing amount is less. I am ready to buy extra medicine, but they don't have sufficient...

I placed an order on last saturday night, still after 5 days they haven't delivered the product to me. Fake website without mentioning the delivery time they will cheat the patients by keeping them waiting for the medicine and mentioning toll free number that is also fake. While making an online order it will ask for our pincode then once we enter the pincode it will show the nearest pharmacy. We would think that they will delivery it in few hours time. But they won't deliver it quickly. Even god doesn't know when it will get delivered. It will be like before medicine comes the patient will die.

I have purchased medicines of 75 rupee and my money got deducted twice from my paytm account
because the guy said we dint get the payment asked otp twice .i gave them both the transaction id's.now when i asked for refund they said you will get your money back after 7 days, and when i asked again they asked me to come after 3 days and 4 day and 7 days and i have asked them for about 20 times its been 2 months now i did not got my money...

From huzurnagar. Recently i bought two tablet of "l-hist" in opollo pharmacy of huzurnagar branch near ghandhi park. Instead of 3 rs for each tablet your staff charged 13rs each one. I bought couple of tablets they charged 26 rupees instead of 6rs. Pls take some action on them. I think u r opollo brand has very reputation. Doing like this it will give very bad opinion

I am not able to redeem my healthcare points. This probleb started a few days ago. I also tried calling customer support to which they told me that my card is blockes.
I asked one of the guys at ur pharmacies and they told me tbat otp is not going through. The error that flashes on computer is "otp can not generated because your not a loyality customer".
So i request you to please unblock my card so that i can enjoy the benefits.

I had given a medicines which is going to be expired in 2months. When i asked the rep he is shouting badly i[censored]r interested buy if not telling me to get lost. He has given a bill which has different batch code and expiry date. When i asked him he is telling computer mistake and tried to check he is shouting at me very badly. I can't bear this pain how can he behave so badly and if something happen after taking that tablet who is responsible.
You should take severe action against this

The behavior of the people out there in the pharmacy is so disappointing that i am running short of words. Went to the pharmacy for some medicines where one of them said that they don't have majority of the things that are mentioned in the prescription. I was still okay with it and walked out with a syrup and baby food. Paid him by card.in the meantime i was managing my toddler also who was running all over the place.in all this i forgot...

Very worst customer behavear so​.
I asked 215 rs horlicks refill pocket.
But they were charged 218 rs jar.
Also payment done by card. I asked about this, they simply replied, you can take jar with bad wards.
Begger only​ asking for change..
I was frustrated.
I never revisit apollo pharmacy.
Also circulate this to my friends and family.

Dear team,

On 27th oct -18, i have asked for aqua check sugar strips at apollo pharmacy, hanumanpet, malkajgiri, hyderabad.

For the same pharmacist has given the aqua check active strips.. With out asking for model of instrument.

After reaching home, i have tried to insert the strip in instrument, which is not getting fit for aqua check instrument.

Then i realized that i have aqua check - insta instrument.. Pharmacist has given the aqua check - active strips. Which is not suitable.

Am unaware as there will be 2 different models in that and the same not informed by pharmacist.. Which is his basic responsibility of them.

I have just opened the pack.. Not used single strip also.. But apollo pharmacy and there customer care is no accepting there mistake.. Just blaming me as we have given what you have asked.

My question is i have just asked as aqua check strips.. Have not asked for active strips.. Then why pharmacist has given he active strips to me?

Irresponsible response from pharmacy and apollo pharmacy customer care.
There is no care at all in call center.

The cost of this product of rs.719/-, am apollo customer since 10 years.. There are not considering this also for replacement.

Kindly look into this.

To whoever it concern.
I as a regular customer at apollo pharmacy want to raise a complaint against the outlet at skyplaza, greater noida west link road about the service staffs appointed to serve customers. They not only are verbally rude at times but they do not serve customers at first cum basis. I went there to purchase medicines with patients prescription, the staffs there were continuously prosponding to serve. 10 minutes i had to wait (Which i have no issue to if i am being served at the outlet) only observing how the other walkins for body soaps, cough and cold and face wash buying customers were dutifully served but one with the patient's precription was indefinitely ignored by the staffs. What kind of service is this? Is it a pharmacy or retail out where serving face wash tops over medicines a patient may require immediately? The staffs are rude at behaviour which can not be accepted as civilised way of talking.

Purchased some medicine from ur pharmacy located in 3rd floor, koritepadu, guntur, mr. Srikanth (Pharmacist was saying appolo is not accepting 10 rupee coins from customer. Have recorded the same statement from him and going to fail a case in consumer court now.
Why u people not accepting this where the rbi have already given strict guidelines to accept.

I have visited apollo pharmacy at least 5 times to purchase medicines such as aten 25mg, calcigard # 20mg, razo 20mgs, istamet 50/500. However, they do not have stocks every time i have visited the pharmacy. Yesterday, they did not even have becosule z. If they cannot keep stocks, they should close the unit.
Somehow, i have imagined that a company as reputed as apollo would be professional in their dealings. This is unacceptable....

I went to the apollo pharmacy kulithalai, i ask 2 tablets the name of tablet is unicontin e 400 but the pharmacy staffs are not give the tablets i asked why you are not give me, the pharmacy staff said i will give only one strip of 10 tablets, not give 2 or 3 tablets, and we won't cut the strip of tablets for ur purpose. They said it.
But i have low amount, so i requested to him please i have low money give two tablets, but they not give the tablets.
