I visited appolo medical of shivaji nagar area thane... And purchased nan pro4 but the sale person sanjay refuse to give bill and also didn't add product in my appolo card.

Earlier also i was eligible for coupons after making rs.6000 but everytime i was kept telling that we have not received coupons from company, so we cannot give.. Please look in to the matter..

I have bought medicine for my mom on 19.10.2018 on kanchipuram TN. apollo pharmacy. They have provided the Dilzem CD 120 instead of dilzem 90. Due to the heavy dosage my mother got suffered due to that. Please escalate the issue from your end.
