I visited to store at vaishali sector 5 last night where employee named Mr. Sanjeev misbehaved with me. And he did not provided me the required information. He straightly said to me i[censored] want to take medicine then take or leave. He said that we are not here to provide information. So I returned the medicines and left. U can check that we r regular customer of Apollo pharmacy. Kindly take strict action against such employees.

The apollo pharmacy operating in barkas chandrayangutta used to have all the medicines prescribed by the apollo doctors and if not available they used to bring it by n two or three days. But for the last two to three months they never have a medicine we want and even if we ask them to bring it in next few days they blantly refuses stating that it is difficult to order and ask us specifically to "buy it from other local pharmacy near it."
Please do look into the matter.

I wud like to highlight the poor services and i'll mannered behavior of staff at your 5251, kolhapur house, kamla nagar, delhi.
The staff at billing and the co workers don't give importance to the customer's valuable time rather tend to finish their pending work. Have to visit another medical store nearby to save my time. Despite asking for billing first and do their total sale etc. Later, the person at billing didn't take it seriously and kept doing his work. Moreover he argued, if you go to another medical store that too will waste time. Other thing i observed that the person purchasing things without bill were given priority. I took it seriously and reporting this to apollo as this way apollo is losing business, as i have to go to some other place. Moreover they are promoting business without billing which is again an illegal thing.
Being a part of apollo alumini from indraprastha apollo hospital delhi, i couldn't see anything going against the apollo group.
Please take the necessary step against such practice of store staff. Would appreciate if i will be given feedback regarding the same.

I had purchased nebulizer from apollo pharmacy around 4 years back from sec 53, noida store. The product had 2 years of warranty period. Before 2 years were over, it stopped functioning and the store manager had replaced the mal functioned product. He also informed me that on the new piece, there will be no warranty which was fine for me. Now, the replaced piece also stopped functioning almost again within a span of 2 years. I went to the...

I bought Depiwhite cream from Apollo Pharmacy Gota, Vandemataram Arcade, Gota..when I came home and saw the tube..it was completely damaged and content was oozing out from the back which was brown in color..when I went back to return the tube, , the person sitting at counter said that we can’t give u the cash back as it was paid via paytm..I said then give me another tube of good condition..but they said they don’t have any another tube right now..they will bring from other location and give it in evening..when I called them up in evening they said there is no tube available and can take your cash..I went to the store to take my cash back but they refused to give me my cash and had not gave me any another tube..

Never expected such worst thing from a reputed pharmacy..

my apollo tegister mobil number is [protected] in ambasamudram taluk site on safari complex apollo branch i went 07.11.2018 at 8.30 pm and say tha paracitamal tab the pharmacist take body pain tab and so many time in this branch slow time and wrong medicine take and deliver many time .so please qualified pharmacist apoinment in that branch...

I'm very disappointed with the service provided to me at the pharmacy. I have ordered medicines yesterday and they promised to get the medicines and revert back but they didn't call nor did they get the medicines and when i called them to ask about the medicines they carelessly say no it's not available and the boy how to get them is out so v cannot get it and here my father needs those medicines urgently and that is how how they do their job in your pharmacy so i told him if this is how you work then it's better we don't buy medicine from your pharmacy and your employee said okay and kept the call. Please take a strict action against them i hope no patients have to suffer to death coz of their idiotic behavior

Jaffar today i visited to apollo pharmacy near sbh bank gadwal i asked him give me a discount price medicine my medicine price 350.00 bill but he said to me no discount in our apollo pharmacy and i went to another private pharmacy he given me 10% discount price 270.00 actually i want to say that tell to your staff follow company policy and take the disciplinary action. I visited appolo medical of shivaji nagar area thane... And purchased nan pro4 but the sale person sanjay refuse to give bill and also didn't add product in my appolo card.

Earlier also i was eligible for coupons after making rs.6000 but everytime i was kept telling that we have not received coupons from company, so we cannot give.. Please look in to the matter.....

I am staff of indian bank and you are aware that there is a memorandum o[censored]nderstanding between bank and pharmacy that 10, % discount on medicines allowed to staff of indian bank on their purchases. It is being allowed in tamil nadu without any hesitation.
But now i am in ulsoor, bangalore and purchased one cough syrup for rs.78/. And cough tablets.. Mr. Dhanaraj, at the counter not allowing discount and told discount allowed only on purchase above rs.200) only.
Sir, in tamil nadu whatever amount purchased, they don't argue and politely allow discounts.in our bank circular no minimum amount prescribed.. Do you think is it possible to purchase above 200)..
You are very generous in allowing the discounts but your staf[censored]nnecessary put conditions, deviating the very purpose of your helping tendency to bank staff.
You are allowing this facilities but your staff reluctant to allow it. How sir is it possible. Whenever head office issue circular, it is duty of the staff to follow and implement it without any consideration and hesitation.
Please instruct your accordingly to appollo pharmacy, cambridge road, ulsoor, bangalore.

I went to mayiladuthurai apollo medical shop today at 7:30 am and there is no response or welcome from the sales man and he mot even responded and i shocked to see such a guy in apollo pharmacy and i asked my 4 years son is suffering from severe tooth pain and doctor suggested ibugesic syrup and i am from trichy. He said not available and went out without further response and took a broom stick and two times cleaned the outer floor and came in and again i asked any alternative as mg son is struggling hard without sleep from night. He said without any care and latgergically not available. I never seen such an irresponsible person in any apollo pharmacy. Although there is no availability it should be told in a manner but he behave like a countrybruite. How u are recruiting these kind of people in apollo pharmacy.

I disappointed and felt like i'll treated by visiting your mayiladuthurai {tamilnadu} pharmacy.

I have enrolled membership in last month at Puliyangudi[protected]. Today i have purchase the products and they are billed in MRP only. When bill the product they are hided and not to do any clear communication (Discount, No discount for Debit card, how much discount for category).
When i enquiry at pharmacy they are not revert and very rude. And they are acting as smartly by cheating me....

In october 2018 month i have ordered amendo 500mg tablets which is of 4 strips and lacosam which is of 12 strips and informed them that i will pay the amount through paytm as i am a regular customer previous months they have said me that i have to pay the amount only on cash as i have paid 4 months by going to atm and by withdrawing the amount and i paid them. They have asked me to come on the next day of giving the order. I went they said that we are sorry we will arrange it on the next day. So i went on the next next day. Again i went on the next next day. Again the same thing they said that we didn't arranged the medicines so we will make sure that the medicines will be available on the next next next day. Unfortunately only few medicines of them which i ordered is only available they said. So i said i will take the medicines which ever it is available right now so i have added my amount into my paytm wallet. So after she said that paytm in that store is not working. Then i called to the manager he said he will arrange the paytm on the next day. So i said those are very emergency tablets. I should use the medicines in a very regulerly basis so i need it very urgently. So on the again next day i went to the pharmacy. So the agent in the branch she dont know how to bill the medicines through paytm. Then she said that it is your problem with paytm account. Then i called to paytm cc no. She said that my paytm is alright. I again went to another branch apollo branch to check my paytm is working or not. I buyed a chocolate and i payed through paytm. Then i confirmed that she dont know to bill through paytm. So again on the next day i went and then in-charge is available and i took my medicines by billing through paytm. And at the same time i will buy these medicines every month, so keep the stock ready every month. So this is my struggles i faced to buy my medicines in apollo pharmacy mogappair east branch chennai. 600037.

Next in november month 2018 i went again to the same branch and i orderd my medicines she said to come on the next day i. E[protected]. She said that she will make sure that the medicines will be available on the next day i. E[protected]. Then i have visited the same branch to collect my medicines he said to come in 1hour. I went but medicines are not available. Again i went on[protected] still they are saying that only few strips we have brought. Not all and the agent in the mogappair east branch saying "sarcastically that why always we have to adjust you have to adjust"... And you have pay the amount in cash.. For the medicines which are available... So finally i got irritaed with the rude behaviour and negliency of the apollo pharmacy people and no one is taking care about it even though i am a regular customer and my bill is aroung 2000..

I had purchased some medicines from apollo pharmacy (Lakshmi road shanthinagar) on 31/10/2018.
A lady pharmacist had attended to me. She said the cost was rs 188, and when i had told her i'd like to pay by card, she seemed quite hesitant and asked if i could pay by cash instead, she then later increased the price to rs 204, (While she was mumbling to herself while not even informing me about the price change). After she billed the amount for rs 228/-, i questioned her as to why it was rs 228/- and she giggled saying that she had given me rs 40 discount and later i had realised she has charged me rs74/- more. I also recall her saying that the medicines were costly. She took such a long time to calculate the amount for just two medicines.
She had the audacity to tell me she had given me a discount of rs 40/- (Apollo pharmacies give discounts for medicines purchased, whereas she had added interest to it.)
I don't know how you hire people like this.
I checked with another apollo pharmacy elsewhere and the amount for this is rs 154/-. Usually apollo pharmacies give the bill immediately on anything you purchase.
Whereas, she didn't even give me a bill after i bought it. I had to get to office and hence didn't check further. Later i realised i was cheated.
If people like this are at the store you are bound to loose customers for sure and your name will be ruined. This amount maybe small but honesty is lacking. I want the concerned authorities to take action against her.
People should be able to trust and buy medicines without thinking twice about being cheated. Disappointed

Iam working air india regularly monthly 3500.00rupees medition buying urapakkam branch my company prescription giving today i collect my due tab rejunex cd3 my doctor has given nitravet 10mg insteed of lonazep 0.5 mg they refuse to give the tablet the people properly not given reply. On 25 th of Oct i have done the transaction of 244 rs on both Phonepe and Paytm wallet and money get deducted from both the app bt not received at marchant side then he demands for cash and i paid for the same tablet bt till now i didnt get my deducted amount till date .I complained about this to customer care also bt not satisfied with support.Poor service.

I went to get the tablet in apollo pharmacy (124, madambakkam main rd, raghavendra nagar, rajakilpakkam, madambakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600073). I asked for 12 tablet. They told that it will be given only in the box which contains more than 12. I told them i already purchased 12 tablet in some apollo why cant you give?. They told that okay get me the bill we will provide. I brought the bill after traveling a long distance from my home....

I bought medicine and other products several times from apollo pharmacy, kaushallya, kharagpur, paschim medinipur. I want to take apollo advantage card but they are not helping me. Hi everyone.in this apolo pharmacy i bought medicines last week from apollo pharmacy medavakkam last for my mother.in my description it's clearly mentioned zerodol sp tablet, instead of that they gave some other tablet which is not at all related to mine. My mother fainted away. I came to the medical shop and checked with that respective person. I asked him explanation about that, he treated me like a dog.. Very worst service and while buying please be careful.
