[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Billing and credit points updation | |||
This complaint is for this particular branch alone.Most of the time purchased bill is not provided to customer reason printer not working and Apollo system server is down. Moreover the health credit points are not updated every time same answer system down. Customer service is very poor and guys at counter are always busy on phone call not official call and not even bothered to answer customer queries. More over they have guts saying go and complaint to anyone least bothered. I really wonder Apollo pharmacy is not providing free medicines to any of the customer's.
