My mob no [protected]. I am a circle member no 7661. I purchased medicines from apollo pharmacy SHOP NO -1 SECTOR -C BLOCK 1 VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI mob no [protected] on 15 June 2022. I told the billing person to be careful about writing the details as the bill would be submitted for reimbursement and gave him prescription containing name and other details .Inspite of all this he typed the name wrong and the bill had to be cancelled and a fresh bill had to be made and I made the payment in cash. Apollo Pharmacy put the reward points in minus. I have made many purchases of medicines thereafter but not getting the reward points. I pursued the matter with the pharmacy shop but to no avail . 2 Apollo Pharmacy had earlier blocked my 300 reward points. It is taking too long to redress the complaint. Infact all the details asked by the pharmacy are given in the complaint itself .please act early to settle the matter.
