On Nov 2 at 6:34 pm I have done transaction for purchasing medicine to appollo pharmacy Mehdipatnam branch Hyderabad India, I have done transaction on gpay and gpay showing transaction is completed but chemist are rejected saying that your time limit is exceeded I already lodge a complaint in bank and gpay and I got a reply from gpay that your money reached to merchant please collect money from merchant.
Same day I keep on asking about check that payment is received or not they keep saying we don't have authority to check the transection, even how can they say that ..
It 11 November and no refund came to account back . After then I visited next day same brach with my issue they said come after 5 days and u can verify
Your transaction and when I visited the branch after 5 days they said that I will take 15 days to refund
Very wrong attitude I have faced with appollo pharmacy first time
Should I file a complaint on consumer court or tell me what to do
