Hi sir, the stff-supervisor named RAJESH of the branch NUZVIDU(2nd branch) belongs to krishna district, Andhra pradesh, india----He is mis-behaving, abusing, using informal language and lacked speaking skills, ethical skills over his junor assistants and abusing them to leave if not want to work and showing loyal to other senoir assistants...It makes the junior one very shy infront of customers, mis-using the power while appointing duty among juniors, , , , So, plz take necessary actions against him and resolve the issue AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.It makes new junoiors to lost thier food feeding employment of family.
His conduct was not matched with any CONSTITUTIONAL COMPANY LAW and LABOUR LAW and EMPLOYEE Act's.

My self dipenparmar from Ahmedabad Gujarat i am appointed as a pharmacy assistant at the Apollo pharmacy and i respect my job very well but our branch excucative mr Ajay Banker is give us mentally torches and tell don't Leave the job after end of our duty time.
So i humbly request you sir if mr Ajay Banker is doing same for the employee i am sure all the employee under the mr Ajay Banker all are resign there job

Iam getting daily SMS messages from APOLLI.

A single mistake to OPT Apollo for online doctor during COVID and APOLLO is like a demon stick to my phone.

Ita so IRRITATING not giving customer preference.

DEFINE UNSIBSCRIBE from APOLLO POV and its meaning is SEND irritating SMS until u change to new phone.

I lost to Apollo completely... Pankaj sharma is the manager who asked to give the complaint against his CEO Mr Jacob..and disconnected the call without giving the solution...how rude he was and how dare him disconnecting my call..
Mr CEO this is how your organization is working ... It's been 40 days that I didnot get my refund amount as one of the baby product is picked up as the product is damaged... And your team espically pankaj...

I have ordered some medicines through online on 13th November showing delivery by 17th November later observed in order status as delivery by 19th November, received message on 18 th medicines will be delivered today will be called by delivery executive (no contact no. Of delivery person available) but in afternoon received auto call to inform delivery attempted when the concerned delivery person neither contacted me over phone nor was present at my address to deliver medicines. Now When called customer care, executive did not listen to any of my concern but simply read out the status appearing on their screen instead of resolving the problem. Worst service will never gonna order anything in future from apollo pharmacy.

Placed medicine order on 25 oct and did not delivered on time(Sep 30).. and then cancelled the order on NOV 6, no refund status till its been almost 10 days, ,

I had purchased a Blood glucose on monitor (HSN Code 90189019, Bill No. 12229CC0001438, Branch - Rameswari Road, Address - Ground Floor, Plot No 11, Rameswari Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra) on 12th November 2021. So at the time of purchasing, I asked seller to update the time & date of this monitor & after that they told me there is no option for time & date. Then I told him, on the brochure it has been mentioned regarding data with date & time. When I show him, after that he is telling no customers are asking for time & date update, so why you are asking for the same. On the other hand we have not got training regarding the same. After that I asked him for product warranty for 1 year, then the reply was very casual & according to him there is no warranty, if I will give for repair on warranty, then it will take minimum 1 year. So there is no warranty of this monitor, but on the other hand regarding 1 year warranty, it has been mentioned on monitor box.So kindly look into this & do the needful at earliest.

Working Staff not responding properly to the Customer in Apollo pharmacy Thiruvallur AppaSami salai Branch.Behaviour also rough speech to the customer.

Worst service. I had ordered 2strips and paid while placing the order. But after placing order, another 2 strips were added and asked me to pay for the others which I didn't add. I tried cancelling but it asked me to reject delivery. Delivery person rejected to cancel it and I had to pay the rest and take the medicine. I contacted Apollo customer care regarding this, mail was sent for refund of the amount I paid while placing order 4 days ago and yet to be credited and not the amount I paid during delivery. I have being contacting them everyday about this and I get the same mail with the half refund everytime I contact them. They rudely hung up on me with standard ' apologize for inconvenience caused' message. Please resolve this ASAP. Order number[protected]. Zonal pharmacy ticket 100446. PFA'ed mail and bill for reference. Hope this issue gets resolved sooner

I made a payment of Rs 1011 from my paytm account vide UPI ref no[protected]. My account has been debited of that amount but your apollo pharmacy at Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar said that the money did not go to the hdfc upi. I had to pay the amount once more in cash. Hence please refund the amount of Rs 1011 back to my account immediately...

Please unsubscribe me from all messages from apollo pharmacy as they send too much messages which is irritating...

On Nov 2 at 6:34 pm I have done transaction for purchasing medicine to appollo pharmacy Mehdipatnam branch Hyderabad India, I have done transaction on gpay and gpay showing transaction is completed but chemist are rejected saying that your time limit is exceeded I already lodge a complaint in bank and gpay and I got a reply from gpay that your money reached to merchant please collect money from merchant.
Same day I keep on asking about...

I tried ordering from apollo pharmacy app on 10.11.2021. I supposedly had 76 health credits but was unable to redeem them.

Hi team, enter I have placed an order on 8 Nov 2021 and still I have not received it .However it has been marked as delivered on your mobile app(apollo 24*7). I have raised multiple complaints and send an email also to customer care but I have not received any resolution and also my complaints are getting closed by themselves . Can you please look into the matter

I am a customer of Apollo Pharmacy, doctor prescribed 30 tabs, brought 10 tabs day before yesterday and approached Apollo pharmacy, Kattupakkam today(10/11/201/21) morning 10:30 AM for the remaining 20 tabs. Apollo Pharmacy staff was not bothered to check the availability, he says not available straight away and he was very rude and ruthless on behaviour. I asked for the manager contact, He says what maximum Apollo Pharmacy can do, they will remove from job, I can find another...this attitude shows he is on fault, not bothered, arrogance etc... I even registered my complaint with the Manager...such a customer care will definitely affect any organisation... with this experience I am not comfortable...

I dont want to receive sms any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

He is buying this tablet from various Apollo Pharmacy branch in chennai using the previous bills and the copy of the doctor prescriptions.

Requesting to Red mark his Contact number and Please stop giving this pills to him

Myself Ravikumar senior software engineer at one of the MNC companies. Today at around 5-7pm I went to Apollo pharmacy in the lane of Remedy hospitals road no. 4 Kphb Hyderabad to purchase covid masks. 2 of the Apollo staff persons was rude. Iam having irritation problem. So i talk less, do my work and go. But one of the staff misbehaved with me. At last after purchasing items, when I go out, another staff person came out immediately and threatened me. This is nothing but a severe issue. There must be good customer and seller relationship. I sincerely request Apollo management to take action against them.

I want to change my registered mobile number on apollo pharmacy, but i am not able to change the mobile number as during the procedure its asking for an otp which is an impossible task to do as the sim card number no longer belongs to me.
