[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — blood sugar machine

We own a blood glucose monitoring system from apollo. The strips to check blood sugar have not been available for a while. We called and checked with an apollo pharmacy a little far from our house as we needed the strips urgently.
The gentleman who received our call at apollo pharmacy, galleria market, gurgaon, informed us that since the strips are not available, they will change the machine for us and adjust the price if our current machine with the new one's price. We drove for 40 minutes to exchange the machine only to be told by the store manager, mr. Sushil soni that they can't exchange it. We repeatedly informed him that we called and checked and reconfirmed and only then came here but he was rude and persistent that no one in the store gave us this information.
Finally after asking which other staff members are on shift, we were reluctantly told that there's another person on shift and he might have given us this wrong information. We waited for him to come back and he immediately agreed that he had given us the information (I think his name is kuldeep). He was very pleasant and said it is possible while the store manager kept insisting it's not. Kuldeep asked his manager to call and check and the manager is saying i haven't called yet but i know it's not possible.
Finally after waiting for a couple of minutes and after their internal discussions, kuldeep billed us for a new machine. The store manager continued to be sour faced and extremely rude. He was clearly the most unpleasant of the lot which i believe should not be the case for a manager.

Also, what kind of products is apollo manufacturing. Firstly the strips are not available and on top of that the staff (Managers) and busy trying to cheat us saying products before 2016 will not be exchanged. Very disappointing experience.
