I booked an order on 11/10/2021 through their online medicine website . For
that an advance payment of Rs.716.85 ( Medicine cost + Delivery Charge ) was done. They sent a message that delivery will be done on 12/10/2021 at 10.30Hrs. When delivery did not done I contacted through their website and lodged a complaint . In reply they assured me that delivery will be completed by 13-Oct. On 13Th when they could not made the delivery they deleted my payment and order history from their website first and send me a tracking link . In the tracking it was shown material will be delivered on 14th and it was on transit. Today it is showing the same status but delivery date changes to 15th. There is no cancellation link in their website and They themselves are also cancelling the order when I requested them to cancel .
Without any fault from my end their plan is to deduct some charges from my payment. It is not acceptable. Please intervene.
