I have purchased from apollo pharmacy fathimanagar 506004 feeding bottle wide mouth with peristaltic nipple capacity 150ml for rs 250.00 on[protected] at 9:45pm as my family needs 250ml bottle so it was late as i reached home it was 10:15pm so i decided to exchange the product next day and i have visited the apollo pharmacy fathimanagar 506004 at 11:45am on[protected] and requested the executive to replace the product from 150ml to 250ml which cost 300.00 rs so i requested the executive to payexchange and i will pay extra cost of 50 rs
but the executive has decline my request my sister requested him on phone call still he is declining our request so sir i want to know the return policies of apollo pharmacy in details or i need you to exchange my product this behaviour of your executives will loose your customers because i am the regular customer of apollo since 7years i need you to take an action on the executive work in apollo pharmacy fathimanagar warangal pincode 506004

Purchased Apollo BP machine in Hyderabad, Kukatpally jayanagar branch with1 year warranty complained several times but staff is not responding, every time asking me to come later. I bought medicines worth Rs310 in the apollo himayatnagar outlet
I was promised a discount of 10% but was not given the same. The counter boy informs me that it is doing of the computer. The bill also was not given till I insisted for the same and surprisingly does not have apollo logo on it
I suggest you give diiscounts you promise else do not promise...

I bought 2 dairy milk chocolate form appollo pharmacy one chocolate is contains maggots, chocolate quality is poor, they are selling worst quality chocolates they are not preserving chocolate in good condition, they are ignoring customer complent,

Today morning i bought a inhaler Vicks from near Apollo store in marripalem. In a hurry to go to duty i didn't noticed the seal of inhaler . While on duty when I open the inhaler to use it is already opened i.e. seal opened . Then I realise it is used already. How can they deceive customers like this.

7 nos Augmed 625 were supplied instead of 12 nos.The sales man refused to correct.Pl take immediate action.

The customer service of Apollo Pharmacies is horrendous. They proudly announce various incentives to lure customers and promote their sales but they are all gimmicks. I have been their customer for the last 4 years and make regular purchases amounting to Rs. 5000/6000 per month at their pharmacy at Gogol, Margao, Goa, but realized their chicanery only recently.
1. Every monsoon they smugly announce free umbrellas to selected customers...

I booked an order on 11/10/2021 through their online medicine website . For
that an advance payment of Rs.716.85 ( Medicine cost + Delivery Charge ) was done. They sent a message that delivery will be done on 12/10/2021 at 10.30Hrs. When delivery did not done I contacted through their website and lodged a complaint . In reply they assured me that delivery will be completed by 13-Oct. The covid panademic is yet to over. It has been noticed that the appolo pharmacy staff in their outlets specifically situated at south coimbatore are either wearing mask and when pointed out give sarcastic replies.

Since pharmacy is the point where sick people or their relatives get into contact with pharmacy staff while giving medicines the. Pharmacy staff should wear mask and should follow Covid guidelines strictly.

It’s is therefore requested that this may be brought to the notice of concerned so that the staff at pharmacy wear masks at least when interacting with customers.

I went to my nearest Apollo Pharmacy at to buy a medicine (Formoterol fumarate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation)then staff have said me that the medicine is out of stock and would get the stock in next two days.I went to the pharmacy after two days but they didn't have the stock. This is a very irresponsible attitude of a store towards a regular customer.This pharmacy wasted my two days of time.
